For some reason, about 2000 of my songs just disappeared. What happened? Like where is the rest of my music? I just listened to it last.night and it was very close to 3000 songs and now there's only 500 left?

The only reason I signed up was because it's integrated in my Virtual DJ program. It won't log me in even though I just paid for a premium account.
Hi Deezer, I read that Deezer is implementing a new royalty payment system for artists with UMG. Initially, I was really supportive of Deezer’s groundbreaking approach with UCPS. It helps to reduce the stream dilution in the current system and people gaming the system with fake streams. But the thing is… the newly announced royalty system ain’t it,. I’m happy to know that Deezer is recognizes that the current one is flawed as white noise cannot be paid on the same rate as a real studio quality original composition and production. The level of knowledge, artistry, creativity, hard work, talent to work on every single word and every single second in the lyrics and instrument production is not on par with white noise. I’m happy to know that this issue is being addressed and real artists can be paid more fairly. The other thing is the doubling of royalty rate for established artists with 1000 streams and 500 monthly listeners is really unnecessary and appalling. By doing this, we’re taking

I was just wondering which issues are still “in progress” at Deezer at the moment? And I mean Windows, Mac, Android, iOS? What isn’t been fixed yet? Chromecast (all)* MS2004 error/using Deezer abroad (iOS and Android) Crossfade (Desktop) Deezer Connect (make it like Tidal or Spotify) *For me the most important at this moment. Can we add more to this list or is this it? What issues are current and which issues are older and have not been fixed yet?

Hi. My band is getting ready for our second release and I wanted to Access our band’s artist page. Then I found out, that we are actually on another guy’s artist page with the same name. Our band is called “leeek” in small letters and there’s another band called “Leeek”. Our song “Move” has been put onto his artist page, which ofc is inaccurate. Hi All, accessing and continuing unfinished podcast episodes is available for iOS. Three yrs ago one thread said it was in progress for Android as well. I like listening to podcasts based on their topics, even if they are not the latest episodes, but i rarely have the time for listening to the entire one. Are there any solutions for how to continue what i was listening to (especially if it was not recent)? I hate it that i find something interesting, say, from last year, and then i have to search for it again and again (the Big Competitor manages it way better, i must say). I switched to Deezer recently but for podcasts it is not very user friendly. Thank you and have a great weekend.

I was devastated to hear from the Deezer team that the Deezer Javascript SDK is no longer maintained. This hits hard because I was working on an open-source non-commercial alternative web player for Deezer that had extended features like group session for listening to music with friends at the same time and I can’t make the library work on mobile browsers because of the Deezer’s restrictions on userAgent. Therefore, I think that Deezer should make their javascript library open-source to let other people contribute and maintain the code or just continue maintaining the code themselves. I believe this is a serious problem, because giving developers easy access to the library is an important step to let others work and come up with new features that can improve the Deezer experience for all users. Hi i have a premium subscription which allows me to have my account on 3 devices. I have in the past been able to listen on multiple devices but am now getting an error saying my account is in use on another devise. How do I fix this or upgrade to a family account to be able to listen on more than 1 devise at a time? thanks

Someone else is using my account without My permission. I was unable to use deezer today. I have a family account. I changed my passwords. Yet still the same. I've now how to unsubscribe
