Hi

 

i have a premium subscription which allows me to have my account on 3 devices. 

 

I have in the past been able to listen on multiple devices but am now getting an error saying my account is in use on another devise. 

 

How do I fix this or upgrade to a family account to be able to listen on more than 1 devise at a time?

Occasionally, you may encounter an error message informing you that your account is being listened to on another device. This may be because your account’s music is already playing on another device that belongs to you

With Deezer Premium and Deezer Student, you can link up to three devices to your account. It's important to note that you can only play music on one of the three devices at any one time. These subscription offers are designed for individual users, not multiple users or families.
