How do I get my account on the family account I'm trying to add my email but it won't let me it says its connected to another account but it's mine before we got the family plan so how can I connect my account
I subscribed to deezer about two months ago. Now I want to cancel but there isnt a cancel button as there should be. The strange thing is: it says I got Deezer premium, but when I click further is says I'm enjoying the free (gratis) version and I cant cancel. I only can renew my subscription... But I already have deezer premium. My last payment was in july but I still can listen without commercials. Is this a bug? How do I cancel my subscription?
Hello! Some songs on albums aren't downloading and I can't listen to the full album offline. I am out of service a lot so listening offline is important. Weirdest thing... I know these song ARE downloaded somewhere because they are on playlists that ARE downloaded. Any suggestions?

Hey So, on Deezer I have made lots of playlists. Once I go and make the ‘1000th’ playlist I notice one of my most important playlists gets wiped from my profile. What gives? I’m on iOS- I thought I could have 2000 not 1000 playlists. Is it because it is a Deezer family account?
Someone is using my account and has locked me out now I have lost all my music and membership and am real unhappy

The Wiim mini Airplay 2 is the only budget hifi streamer on the market, meaning a lot of people use it. However, Deezer is unusable with the Wiim app because it constantly seems to log you out so you get random favorite artists and albums, and there’s no app support so you can’t use the Deezer app the same way you can the Spotify app. I will be switching to Tidal because there’s no indication Wiim is going to fix this bug. You are probably actively losing lots of memberships over this issue.
I know some of these may be out there, but they are over a year old, and impossible to tell if any progress is being made, and quite frankly, the workarounds have gotten annoying, and not what I'm paying for... so can we please get to fixing the issues?1. Android does not have the ability to mark podcasts as played/unplayed. You gave this feature to iPhones 2+ years ago... What's the hold up? 2. Sorting/filtering podcast episodes is kind of a mess. I can filter out unheard, but I still have to scroll to the bottom of the list for the first unplayed episode. There is no logic to that... If I am filtering out unplayed episodes, it's because I want to hear the first unplayed episode, not the newest. Simple solution, allow me to apply two sorting features... Filter heard and sort from oldest. 3. Playback goes to the newest episode instead of the next chronological episode... This also seems to be devoid of logic. Yea, there is a workaround to sort the queue but I'm not paying a subscriptio
Meanwhile writing this I have taken a second look and I found “Singles” if I press “Discography” - this should and could easily be separated, and every single does NOT have to be stored as a individual “album” (for us users*) - if I have forgotten about an artist and easily want to see what the person been up to past years - this is not a efficient way of finding the music. Especially for newer users. Been using Deezer for many years and just because of writing this - I found the “solution”.*=Who will favorite a single-”album” by a artist and not the actual song itself that is stored in the ‘album’??

I used to be able to access my 20 or so latest searches under my search bar using the app on IOS. Now only the songCatcher and genres are available on my search page…I really enjoyed the short-cut to listen to the same songs I liked as of late, can you tell me if it’s because of a new update please? Hi. Problem occurring that the tracks that are added to my favourites are playing in reverse order. The song most recently favoured at the top will just stop after playing the song.

There are lots of podcasts not currently available in Deezer. So, it would be great to be able to subscribe to them trough RSS, a technology many podcasters still use to distribute their content.
Hi,Use it mainly on a Windows 10 64bit desktop, but the problem is also on my Android phone. The episodes are in reversed order. Starts with ep.10 and ends with ep.01 (for example). So everytime an episode ends, I need to manually select the next episode. An example is Locked up abroad podcast. The order is not very important for that podcast though.

Hello there, I am new to Deezer and it's been great but for 1 or 2 things. I need to be able to put songs on queue at any time I want. This is like a basic function that should be there from the beginning. Another thing is that if I play a song, STOP. I do not want your recommendations. If I look for a song, I want to listen to that and period. If I want you to play things automatically, then I'd happily go to Flow, otherwise is so wrong.Why am I not able to put songs on Queue but you are able to stuff random songs that I don't care about? You cannot claim that this is by design, if it is, then change it! Give us an option, give us an option to turn all of that off or to turn it on, is that simple. Just give us a choice before we choose for you and switch to a different service.You saying this is by design sounds more like laziness.
