still getting in-app notifications when turned off | Deezer Community, bringing music lovers together

I’ve turned off all in-app notifications but am still getting pop ups promoting Deezer features like collaborative playlists for new years.

Hi @Nina Nebo, yes i’ve tried this but they’re all turned off on Desktop and Mobile, but still getting popups on mobile.

Yeah I think I’ll contact Deezer support, as it’s more of a bug rather than not knowing how to use a feature (where the Community can help). Thanks @Nina Nebo
