Deezer x Sonos

Hi, I recently cancelled my Spotify account and signed on to a Deezer Premium account due to their respective stances on AI generated contents.However, not being able to cast to Sonos, or not being able to play on Sonos whatsoever (due to known issues to Sonos with Deezer as added service) it will be difficult to keep using the service.

Chromecast always Disconnecting

Hi,When playing Deezer via chromecast from my ipad or iPhone, it stops and disconnects all the time. (Seems to do so more if i shut the screen of switch apps.) Doesn’t do so when i play from my imac via a browser. Very frustrating. I’ve got the most recent versions of the app. Any ideas? Thanks.

What did you do?!? if it ain't broken don't fix it!!!

Android mobile: This app worked flawlessly just a week ago.. Then do I started getting the dreaded "Error: failed to play." Message.. Again.. At first it was only halfway through a song. That's irritating enough. Now it's every song all the time.. App is completely useless now. What am I paying for guys?? I would much prefer to opt out of updates if it's not going to function afterwards.. I gotta have my tunes when I'm on the road. I've done every procedure. I have restarted my phone. I have cleared the cache and data I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, twice. Still doesn't function no change.. Can we please fix this.

Filter tracks does not show on tablet or galaxy fold 6

When i use my fold 4 opened in tablet mode, when i press the magnifying glass to filter tracks no text box appears. Same thing happens on my galaxy s6 tablet. When the phone is not in tablet mode the text box appears and i can search.

All playlist actions done under the app don't register

Hi, Tried adding new albums to my favourite on the app. At first they appear on the “app” playlist, but instantly disappear when refreshing. Likewise, I am trying to remove a playlist from my “liked playlist”. I keep removing it, it pops back when I am refreshing the page. The only actions that last are when I use the browser version of Deezer. I think this is a bug, right?

why do I have to login to the macOS desktop app every time??

someone was complaining about this 4 years ago and it is still an issue. it makes no sense to have to login a desktop app frequently. defeats part of the purpose. even the website doesn’t require logging in as much.

Audio output button stopped working.

I’m on Android 9 with Deezer version 8.0.10.27. The “Audio Output” button on the Settings page stopped working recently, and it just returns me to the home page when I press it. I sometimes like to enable Bass Boost or the Equalizer, but it’s not working anymore. Help!

Enable spatial audio for MacOS Deezer App

Hello, Could you please enable spatial audio on MacOS (M1 chips) when using AirPods Pro & Max ?This is clearly a dealbreaker for now ! It’s working on iPadOS and Safari on Mac, but not with the App :( Thanks a lot !

Again! Every month! Deezer not connecting on Musiccast... Receiver TSR-700/RX-V6A

Hello, Deezer not connecting on Musiccast.Again. It is a routine. Every  month it disconnects.I have tried to: delete/install both Deezer and Musiccast. Changed  my password. AgainStill receiving error: Access Error: “Unable to Register Your System”Anyone else experiencing this as routine? I believe I will sell my AV receiver and change to provider.Please, Help! Thank you!

App on LG TV - cannot switch users

Hello,   I have Deezer Family service with multiple user accounts. I am not able to switch between the user accounts on the LG TV app - when I hit the switch button I get blank screen. Any suggestion?

thousands of "favourite" tracks appeared in one day

My liked tracks have gone on the 02/08/24 from about 2,200 to over 5,000 tracks. All of these 2,800 new “favourite” songs show that they have been "liked" on the 02/08/24, if I scroll past these songs I finally find the songs that I have actually liked over the years. This issue is on all apps: Mac, IOS, or the web broswer.This is extremely distressing! help!

Can't access Deezer away from home because of SONOS

I have Sonos system at home so naturally listen to my Deezer through the Sonos app/speakers at home.  But when I am in the office, why can’t I listen to Deezer on my work desktop?  When I log into Deezer online, it just  says that my account is now linked to Sonos so I can listen at home.  I want to listen to my subscription AT WORK. What am I missing?

Deezer app on Windows 11 - Crashes when moving between multiple monitors

I have multiple monitors (in-built laptop screen, one horizontal monitor and one vertical monitor) and I’m seeing an issue where the Deezer app crashes when I drag the Deezer window from one monitor to another.No error message is displayed, it just closes unexpectedly. Windows 11 Enterprise 22H2 build 22621.3155Deezer app 6.0.80

iOS App doesn't play/move to next song when listening to songs on any playlist

I have a continual problem when using the Deezer app on my iPhone. When I am listening to any playlist via the app the playback doesn’t move onto the next song after the current one finishes. So I have to manually move to the next song. And this happens with each song.This happens only on playlists (either my own or Deezer curated ones), playing albums is totally fine and works as you’d expect.I don’t get this issues when listening to Deezer playlists via Sonos so it appears to be a problem with the iOS app itself.

MusicCast vs BluOs

I am using Deezer with BluOs (Bluesound Node 2 player) and at an other location I use MusicCast with a Yamaha receiver.Deezer works perfectly with BluOs, never any issues.But with MusicCast there is quite often something wrong. Slow loading of new songs, flow interruptions, login keeps hanging, library does not load, etc.I did not get any kind of useful response from the MusicCast helpdesk; is there any chance to improve the stability of Deezer in MusicCast?

Has anyone ever succeeded in getting Google Assistant to play what they want on Deezer?

I've been trying to get Google Assistant to play a specific playlist on Deezer for years, and this feature just keeps failing to work. Searching these forums, I see Deezer devs have been aware of the issue for years, and promising to work on it. And it still doesn't.What happens to me is, GA opens Deezer and then either says "an error occurred" or says "okay, playing [playlist]" but then plays something totally random. No matter how blatantly specific I name my playlist, it never plays it. Has anyone ever managed to get this to work? I can't believe such a basic feature is not available. I'm seriously considering switching to Spofity for this one single reason.

Arcam CDS50 stopped working with Deezer

I blame the Arcam as it doesn’t work with some radio stations but they say I should contact Deezer help.   Is community the best Deezer can manage for assistance?  on playing a file from Deezer I get ‘unsupported file type’ error. I have unplugged the machine for 24 hours as recommended by my dealer. On plugging it back in today it needed the wifi connection reestablishing which I did. I also deleted and reinstalled Musiclife. The error remains. (As it does on some podcasts and some internet radio stations.) any ideas please? Thanks!

Ads stuck on loop

I’m running into a problem everyday when start I the Deezer app. Ads play non stop on loop whenever I tap ‘Favorite Tracks” and tap ‘shuffle” to play.Force closing or clearing the app cache temporarily resolves issue. Google Pixel 8 running Android 14Deezer free user

Meu pagamento foi realizado, está no próprio aplicativo em “gerenciar conta” ele foi debitado no dia 11/07/24, e hoje dia 25/07/24 não consigo acessar as modalidades que foi prometida ao virar assinante do “Deezer family”
