Hey folks,

first i love the music selection in Deezer and how the algorythm plays my kind of music - well done better then any other app and! full songs not this 2,20m short songs like on ...you know who i mean.

But beside all the pros i have this really annoying issue that Deezer stops randomly on my Nest devices. I tryied everything but it wont work. Its on both devices and now im at this point where i stop to listening music cause of this issue.

It happens all the time.

Is there any bugfix on the table from the devs? Please!

my connection is around 50mb/s and there is no issue with it.

Hi @Inspektor Marek, thanks for your kind words about the music selection and algorithm – we’re so glad you’re enjoying it!

About the issue with your Nest devices, I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble.

Please confirm if both your Nest devices and the Deezer app are updated to the latest versions.

Same here, I own 5 google home in my house (mini and nest), I've just figured out that Deezer doesn't play anymore...Google Home says "playing xxx song on Deezer" and then "Sorry it seems there is a problem".

Just found post on reddit that other people is experiencing this in these days...

Hello, we have the same issue. Hopefully there is a fix soon as this is the main way we listen to music in our house. Thanks.

I have google nest mini v2 throughout the house (5x). It worked perfectly with Spotify to cast to all 5, and use the phone to control the songs; skip, change, etc. On Deezer that’s become impossible. Streaming to a large group of speakers has them all cutting out like it’s a buffering problem. I first thought it was due to the high quality settings for streaming via wifi, so I turned that down to the lowest quality. That didn’t change a thing. So I’ve only been streaming to 1 device at a time. There are still issues. Most of the time, I pick up the phone to skip a song and it’s no longer in-sync with the cast. It’s displaying a different song, and when I skip, it starts playing on the phone while the cast is still playing. As others have reported, if I let it play by itself without any user control, then it plays well for a while but randomly stops playing. At times when I use voice control, google says that nothing is playing on your devices, which it clearly is. Basically the experience of streaming to my google speakers is terrible. I know how well it can work, so am disappointed that I’m finding discussions from years ago and that the integration still hasn’t been fixed. Is there an update on this?
