Deezer in Canada?

I guess that I’m too lazy to weed through all of the posts so I’m asking in my own post. Is Deezer available in Canada? Also, any comparison I’ve seen between Spotify, Tidal, Deezer, etc. show Deezer as having a HiFi plan but when I go on their website it only show Free and Premium but when you compare the plans, Premium has a check mark under HiFi. I’m confused. Is HiFi now included with Premium? How different would this be than the HiFi plan? How does this compare to the Tidal HiFi plan now? Is 360 Sony still available? I’ve only ever used Spotify Free (and Blackplayer EX for my own library) but am now thinking of getting into streaming (an old fart). I finally settled on Deezer but their website has me wondering.

did you remove my subscription without refunding me?

I referred in earlier complaints to the fact that it was a mistake I couldn't afford subscribing to the yearly plan. I've been trying to get my money refunded, but it seemed nothing happened regarding the refund. Now however, it seems my subscription WAS cancelled as per my wish, as it says I'm a free customer. But I have NOT received a refund of those circa 100 USD. So you took away the service I accidentally signed up for, but did not refund the actual money? Is this a way to treat a customer at all? I thought I did everything I could to get that refund. Now particularly being downgraded to the free service without the reward of paying services. It's making me angry and vexed that this could happen. Please explain to me how this is fair. I really need that money, especially if I'm apparently now NOT even getting the services.

Forum search should show post or page within topic

I searched for “Steel Prophet” to check whether the problems in their artist page on Android had already been reported. The only matching topic was I don’t see where in the search result I can get to the post with the matching words. (In this case, it seems there was no such post until I wrote it. Same with a search term (e.g. “Ghost Town” on page 7) which does occur. The search results should take you to the exact post, not just the topic. (Bonus annoyance which happened to me today: So I clicked through all 45 pages to use my browser’s find in page, and after around 20 pages I got 403 ERROR The request could not be satisfied. Request blocked. We can't connect to the server for this app or website at this time. There might be too much traffic or a configuration error. Try again later, or contact the app or website owner. … and had to take a break.)

Ik betaal een abonnement elke maand 10,99€ via kredietkaart. Staat bijvermeld Deezereurope FR75009. Ik heb echter nog steeds geen abonnement. Ik wil het ondertussen wel opzeggen. Betaal al 2 jaar voor niks eigenlijk.

Premium Device Limit

Hi, am considering a subscription to Deezer Premium and am aware that there is a limit of 3 devices per account. Could anyone tell me if Amazon Alexa devices count towards this number if I link them and set Deezer as their default music service? Does it count as one, is each one considered a separate device or does it not count these as devices at all? Thanks.

Hello, I am currently in Canada and I pay my subscription with a Canadian bank card.I would like to change my payment method in anticipation of moving to France, using a French bank card.How can I do it? Because it doesn't work if I use my French bank card. How to switch ? Thank you for your help!

...the one that happened to Deezer in 2019 but has only recently been reported by HaveIBeenPwned. I can’t seem to find anything on this site about it. I haven’t received email from Deezer about it. Yet it evidently affects 204 million Deezer customers.

Hola, me pasé recientemente a Deezer y me encanta. Estoy enamorado de Deezer. Me pasé de Spotify en la que llevaba muchos años. Llevo hechas más de 150 playlists. Són muchas. Ahora ya las tengo en Deezer. Pero tengo un problema, que cada vez que añado una canción que me gusta a una playlist creada es una tortura. Para los creadores de Deezer una idea que ofrezco si es posible organizar las playlists por carpetas o géneros musicales o colecciones o recopilaciones, etc. Porque no es lo mismo buscar entre 10 géneros musicales por ejemplo que entre 150 playlist que tengo. Muchas gracias Deezer.

Family account and Sonos - 2 persons listen to one account (master)

Hi, We have a family account with several accounts, making it possible to listen to Deezer with 6 persons. So far, so good. But now the bad: We have Sonos and a car radio that only can have 1 account installed. My wife and I have the same account with all the favorite podcasts, playlists etc. So when I listen to Deezer at work and she is listening on the Sonos or in the car, it conflicts… Why isn't it just possible to listen with 6 persons, no matter on what account?? This is really inconvenient. Or am I missing something?? I can remember that is wasn't like this with Spotify.

Switching From Premium To Family plan and double charge

Hi I have switched to the family plan 5 days ago. On the same day my annual fee was taken for the premium account. I have asked support to refund my premium annual fee (£107) because I am now paying monthly. I have sent 3 support requests about this but I haven’t got ONE reply from a human. I know where I can find the form, I need somebody on the other side to look into this case please. Thanks

I really cannot afford to subscribe this Deezer an entire year. I really need Deezer to pay me back. You can let me subscribe for a month. I hope you can let a student like me not subscribe for a year. Sorry I did this mistake.

is it possible to join deezer family with an independent account when deezer free is no longer available

I have subscribed for a Family account and sent the invite link to my family member, who has an independent account - now it is Premium account, but subscription has been cancelled and expires within two days. the instruction says that they have to have a Deezer Free account in order to join a Family. Since Deezer Free is no longer available in my country would it be possible for them to join as an independent account when their subscription expires?

The app is stop working frequently and cannot be used. A message indicate that there is another app in use with the same credentials. bug valid for all platforms and there is not related to the beta version
