i need to change email i don't have access to old email

I don't have access anymore to either email accounts I have been with guys for years now.  I can log in from Facebook but when I try to enter my new card for payment it wants me to give password for email it does not work if I put forgot password it won't let me do anything.  You guys need to fix this soon or I will go somewhere else.  Like I say I have been a customer for over 10 years.  My name is Greg stauffer the 2 emails associated with my account is gregshannon6671@yahoo.com the other one is desertbreezegs@gmail.com I need this done asap you can call me at 5039546985 to get payment whatever I have to do but if it's not done soon I will find another music company

How to change your email or password

iOS Android

  1. Go to Settings Settings.png
  2. Select Account management 
  3. Select Change your email address or Change password
  4. Select SEND CODE

    The six digit security code will be sent to the email address that is on your screen

  5. Check your email for the six digit code
  6. Back on the Deezer app, enter the six digit code
  7. Select CONTINUE or RESEND CODE to start the process again from step five
  8. Enter your new email address or password
  9. Re-enter your new email address or password
  10. Select SAVE CHANGES

How to change your email or password

Desktop

  1. Go to your profile Profile.png
  2. Select Account management
  3. Select CHANGE next to your email or password
  4. Select SEND CODE

    The six digit security code will be sent to the email address that is on your screen

  5. Check your email for the six digit code
  6. Back on deezer.com, enter the six digit code
  7. Select CONTINUE or RESEND CODE to start the process again from step five
  8. Enter your new email address or password
  9. Re-enter your new email address or password
  10. Select SAVE CHANGES

Note: If you don't have access to this email, you'll need to contact Deezer Support. For security reasons, the code will expire after 10 minutes. Once expired, you'll need to ask for a new code

Use Deezer With Facebook Or Google

Check your details

Please check your details are correct to avoid creating multiple accounts. This can happen when users have more than one Google account or use a different email address from their Facebook or Google account.

  4. To link your Facebook account, select Link your Facebook account

    To link your Google account, select Link your Google account

    Note: If the account is already linked, the action will be Unlink. For example: Unlink your Google account

  5. Enter your Facebook login details or choose which Google account to use

How to link and unlink your Facebook or Google account

Desktop

  1. Go to your profile Profile.png
  2. Select Account Settings
  3. To link your Google or Facebook account, select one of the following:
