How to change your email or password

iOS Android

1. Go to Settings 
2. Select Account management 
3. Select Change your email address or Change password
4. Select SEND CODE

   The six digit security code will be sent to the email address that is on your screen

5. Check your email for the six digit code
6. Back on the Deezer app, enter the six digit code
7. Select CONTINUE or RESEND CODE to start the process again from step five
8. Enter your new email address or password
9. Re-enter your new email address or password
10. Select SAVE CHANGES

How to change your email or password

Desktop

1. Go to your profile 
2. Select Account management
3. Select CHANGE next to your email or password
4. Select SEND CODE

5. Check your email for the six digit code
6. Back on deezer.com, enter the six digit code
7. Select CONTINUE or RESEND CODE to start the process again from step five
8. Enter your new email address or password
9. Re-enter your new email address or password
10. Select SAVE CHANGES

Note: If you don't have access to this email, you'll need to contact Deezer Support. For security reasons, the code will expire after 10 minutes. Once expired, you'll need to ask for a new code

Use Deezer With Facebook Or Google

Check your details

Please check your details are correct to avoid creating multiple accounts. This can happen when users have more than one Google account or use a different email address from their Facebook or Google account.

How to link and unlink your Facebook or Google account

iOS  Android

1. Go to Settings 
2. Select Account management 
3. Select Linked accounts
4. To link your Facebook account, select Link your Facebook account

   To link your Google account, select Link your Google account

   Note: If the account is already linked, the action will be Unlink. For example: Unlink your Google account

5. Enter your Facebook login details or choose which Google account to use

Problems Logging In To Deezer

"I cannot log in with Facebook"−

If you've temporarily deactivated your Facebook account, you may experience some trouble logging in. You'll need the Deezer password that was sent to you in the welcome message when you signed up. You can also reset your password through Facebook or Deezer.
