Someone is using my account and has locked me out now I have lost all my music and membership and am real unhappy

Did you receive an email from Deezer notifying you of suspicious activity !?

If is so you need protect your Deezer acount to click the reset your password link in the email.

Yes I did and now I have no subscription and all my music has been lost

Are you logged  it to the right account ?

If your account looks different (e.g. you can't find your playlists, favorite tracks or podcasts), it's possible you've logged in to a second account created with a different email address.

If you have recently upgraded, you'll need to check the payment has been completed and that your login details are correct.

Why Isn't My Deezer Premium Subscription Plan Working?

  • You've logged into another account. If you have more than one Deezer account, please check that you've logged into the correct account

  • Your payment was refused. If you're paying for Deezer with a debit or credit card, your payment should be completed almost immediately

  1. Go to Settings Settings.png
  2. Select Account management 
  3. Select Manage my subscription

    You will be able to view your current subscription, the date it began and the date it will end

  1. Go to your profile Profile.png
  2. Select Account Settings
  3. Select MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION

    You will be able to view your current subscription, the date it began and the date it will end
