HiFi not showing

Hi there,

I've recently paid for HiFi, but after few days subscription dropped to Premium and hifi option not even available.

Any ideas what's going on?

just about everyone here on the forums are fellow subscribers such as yourself, and therefore do not have access to your account. I would suggest opening a ticket with deezer support so they can assist you.

Thanks buddy. Already did that. While waiting for ticket to be solved wanted to hear if its common problem
