I have deezer premium paid through an operator in Serbia. Now I'm in Germany, can I put my favorite folder on download so I can listen even when I'm offline. Can I get a fine if those songs are downloaded from the internet on deezer in Germany?

Problem with premium acdount songs limited to 30 seconds

Partial refund after upgrading to family?

Hey guys, I have a paid annual premium account valid for 6 more months. However, I'd like to upgrade to annual family subscription.In the app, when I choose the option to upgrade, the cost appearing is the full value for annual family (which I can understand). But I would expect that it would automatically calculate a discount because of my 6 months left from my individual. I saw cases of people leaving individual annual to monthly family, but in my case, I want annual family too. I just wouldn't want to waste half of year of paid costs 😞Anyone did this before and got a partial refund?

Hi, I had a problem using Deezer and had to get it sorted but it now appears I have paid twice, one payment on 11/10 for £11.99 and my usual payment on 10/10 for £14.99 I only want to pay for one account and request an immediate refund, thanks
