I messaged yesterday about cancelling my account. You've taken the money out of account for this month, well Google play but they rejected my refund request so I've paid for this month music so I want my account to be premium this month as I've paid for it now, they won't refund me

Subscription jumps from Family to Premium

Guys, this is REALLY annoying! It seems that if I travel or for some reason unknown reason, my Deezer Family package jumps from Family to Premium! It happend this last few days, for the third time!I have subscribed to Deezer Family years ago and every now and then it seems to just jump back to Premium!Please look at my account, you’ve been collecting the money for Family, month after month! No change! This can’t happen EVERY time I travel for work to the uK for example, then NO ONE in my family is able to use it!I did not change the country on the Deezer app!!!! Nor with Apple!!!I really really dont want to go to another streaming service! Please fix this!

Family different household

my question applies to the Family subscription.  Do the other users have to live at the same address as me?  Or can I also share it with my Mother or Sister who live at a different address?  Well, family.  Maybe a good friend once, but certainly not more distant.  Is this allowed?  I ask this because Spotify requires the same address.

Deezer just silently disable hifi for Ukraine, taking same money for premium subscription. what I got from support:Thank you for contacting deezer and My apologies for the inconvenience caused!Deezer has provided our users from Ukraine with a complimentary Premium subscription with high quality, which is why your account has high quality, not HiFi.Ok nice, but where is it writren in terms and conditions? Deezer advertises Premium plan as subscription that includes hifi. Where is the list of countries where is hifi is available for premium? How can I know if my current country supports hifi and it worth to change it if Deezer hides from subscribera this information? Why dooes Deezer lies advertising premium as subscription that  includes hifi? There is many other services provideing competiting prolose for high quality. I feel robbed as I have paid for nothing more than  one year

No puedo descargar FLAC ni tampoco mp3 320 en Deezloader Remix

Utilizo Deezloader Remix (suscripción premium) para descargar música en FLAC o MP3 320 desde hace años. Pero en esta última semana no he logrado hacer funcionar bien la app. Probé instalando distintas versiones de la app e igual no obtengo resultados. Hay solución para esto? O la app ya no sirve para descargar musica? en ese caso debería cancelar mi cuenta, ya que pago únicamente para descargar musica. Gracias por las respuestas!

I dont have HI FI but I pay family subscription

I am using family subscription for more than year and now I realised that there is no HI FI. Please explain me why? Never used any free subscriptions with my account. I am about to cancel subscription if you won’t clearly answer me why it is not there and why others have it but I don’t.

So I was charged twice in November 2023 for somer reason but had no problems with the App or with my Subscription, but in December 2023 I was charged normally but i don't have a Premium subscription even though i was charged for it. Can anybody help because support is not Answering or giving me infos about the problem.

Family Plan to Year Premium Subscription

Hi I need urgent help. I was part of a Family plan and decided to get myself a Premium Account and paid for the year subscription as a birthday pressent to myself.Problem now, the main member of the family has my Premium account and I cannot accessz my music anymore.I also logged in with my own email and I suddenly have two Premium accounts, the Family Members main account and my own. I cancelled the one subscription but need a refund. I also cannot make my account (on the family) a stand alone because the email has already been linked to an account.I bought a years subscription, does that mean I will be without my music for a solid year?!?! HELP!!!!

slamming your ??? in a car door is more entertaining than deezer

I've not been able to play my playlists for months, steam them to my phone or do anything other than pay you. This is a ????? disgrace. I want my money back. I supported you people for 5 years. You're a ????? joke now

Price increase, again

I just got an email saying the price is increasing. Again!I don't like this. I know everything is getting more expensive, but inflation is already making things more expensive. So it is actually getting double as expensive, while wages stagnate.I'm thinking of swapping back to free, as music streaming is ballooning to become a bigger part of my yearly budget.
