im paying family ,and it keeps stopping me play saying its private acount

Why can't I play music same time as other on family plan ,I'm paying family premium ,and they keep saying private account

      It is not automated, only the Admin can add each member to the Family .

      On Deezer Help center say :

      If you are going to be the Admin, all you need to do is switch from your existing Deezer Premium plan to Deezer Family

      If you are not going to be the Admin, you must join as an independent account to keep your existing favorites. You must receive an invitation to join a Family

      Hi @Gary Davies !

      Every Family plan have Admin who can add or remove members .

      Did Admin add your account to Family plan !?

        I'm not sure ,hope it be automatic,since I'm paying more ,if it happens again I'll cancel deezer
