Subscription and payments

Hola.

I was trying to use this subscription but I need my money back

the page says its free trial which i have click but now i can’t download anything cuz deezer took it as a pending payment which i need to pay now?

I have had deezer premium for a very long time and usually have no issues but at the start of the month i was charged like always except my deezer is showing as the free version. I have attempted to restore purchases but am still being shown the same free version. This happened after i was randomly signed out at the start of the month. I haven’t had time up until now to contact you but it has been a major inconvenience and i am very upset that i have paid for a service i am not receiving. I hope this can be resolved quickly as i am travelling tomorrow and have severe anxiety which is only calmed by music when i am in public. Thank you

It really annoys me when companies offer you a discount and then when they’ve got your attention take it away.In an email today Deezer offered me 3 months for the price of 1 and when I clicked on the link it turns out you only get 1 month free. There is no excuse, they’ve sent the offer to an email I used to subscribe to Deezer a few years ago. Why send out false offers?

Hello, I have a family account that I revew every year with a gift card.I wasn’t paying attention about the deadline and didn’t have a notification that the year was over and when I renewed it a few hours later I had “lost” all my family members and had to send them a new link for them to join my account.I remember it was the same last year and they had trouble losing this link (didn’t remember their passwords, coudn’t find the link I had sent when they tried to use deezer….)Would it be possible when I pay to get both my playlists and my “family” back? Best reagrds

My account it’s for email. but my Deezer premium it’s for my number phone, and I changed it.so I l have the login because I have the email, but I need change on settings my number and I don’t know how do this.  please help me

I have been going back and forward with Deezer for 3 weeks about my free trial I just wanted to try it out and they promised me it wouldn’t happen and i finally did and now i can’t get my money back this is what i feared it is so frustrating to be lied to after be reassure that it wouldn’t happen now im out 16.19 and apple saying that they ruling is final I had contacted my bank to do a dispute but to go through all the hassle after speaking with Deezer about this issue so many times

Здравствуйте, как можно подписаться на HiFi формат на год?

We are 5 people in different locations and we are nomad , but we have problem for sharing family account 😭 , is there any solution?  We wanna get the one year subscription for family, One of us is in Vietnam, 2 in Iran and one in Canada , one in Cambodia

I want a refund. I recently switched to duo . I was using the premium account and upgrade to family when i thought it was duo. Today i finally saw it. I was charged for the premium $13.55 on the 8th, then again charged $22.59 for family on the 11th. why am i not getting any of my money back?. Ive spent $36.14 on deezer in one week. No backpay transactions on my account.

Hey! So, my payment method (card) has expired, so I was trying to update it. I have tried around 4 debit/credit cards, none of them was accepted with the message saying “Your transaction has failed, please retry with another payment method”. I have contacted customer support which was absolutely unhelpful: her whole response was “It seems like your account was flagged, try another payment method” lol. After explaining that there isn’t any other payment method available for me, she never replied anymore… I am doing my best to stick up with Deezer and not move to other platform like Spotify, but this lack of any help really bumps me out tbh… For around 5 days I am without Deezer, and there is no help whatsoever on how to solve it. For 6 years I have been using Deezer the same payment method, I really don’t get what’s the issue now…

it said you get 1 month for free as a new account but it took me money

Question as stated in the title. In my region deezer free is unavailable so I wouldn't be able to transfer my playlists to another streaming service.

Yes I am a new customer and I wanted to see if deezer was it better than Spotify so i decided to try the promotion they got where it say try it and then your next payment will be 14.99 I was advised by other Spotify customers that deezer would try to take my money if i tried to sign up but i wanted to give deezer a chance and soon as i tried to sign up for the 1 month for free deezer tried to take 16.19 out my account my email is  (removed for security purposes) is it just a ripoff or deezer not aware of this issue happening I travel a lot and I’m a blogger and I just wanted to see which music platform was better I can honestly say that with Spotify when they say a free month than you get billed I know that is true and the price is cheaper but i can’t even Judge or speak on deezer because as a first time listener instead of honoring the 1 month free and then charging they already tried to take money without me even having the chance to listen is this really the way deezer work with all

It still want let me and I have tried everything even try to pay because it want let me get the free trial I have been been back and forth with Deezer for almost two weeks and I have contacted Deezer on multiple occasions

Zdravo, koristila sam Deezer godinu dana i placala redovno, skidali su mi sa kartice. Zasto mi ne nalog odjavljen? I kaki mogu vratiti svoj nalog j nastaviti da ga placam i koristim?

I changed my subscription from Premium to Duo on the same day. Both amounts were debited from my account. That does not seem correct.

Good afternoon , I would like to cancel the subscription and refund the money for it. I accidentally paid

Deezer yıllık premium üye olamıyorum. Uygulama yıllık ödeme almıyor. Bunu bilgisayardan denedin ödeme almıyor. Sebebi nedir? Neden premium yıllık abone olamıyorum?Kart bilgilerim tamamen doğru.

I have paid my subscription yet I’m still being asked to make a payment and have to listen to adds. Either cancel my subscription or make it work properly please

My email is embroiderysolution@outlook.com it tried to take my money dozens of times I am a new customer and i have contacted Deezer over and over again first it tells me the first time it is a free trial then ask for my card then try to bill it this is the only app that I don’t trust i tried to at least try it out but every time I do they try to rip me off this is the proof that it want give me my free trial if I don’t stop it when I try to get my free trial it tries to take 16.19 dollars every time I see why now the rest like Amazon and Spotify is better I can’t even get my free trial without it charging me
