Hey! 

So, my payment method (card) has expired, so I was trying to update it. I have tried around 4 debit/credit cards, none of them was accepted with the message saying “Your transaction has failed, please retry with another payment method”. I have contacted customer support which was absolutely unhelpful: her whole response was “It seems like your account was flagged, try another payment method” lol. After explaining that there isn’t any other payment method available for me, she never replied anymore… I am doing my best to stick up with Deezer and not move to other platform like Spotify, but this lack of any help really bumps me out tbh… For around 5 days I am without Deezer, and there is no help whatsoever on how to solve it. For 6 years I have been using Deezer the same payment method, I really don’t get what’s the issue now…
