What about my subscription?

Dear Sirs, 

Please clarify your intentions regarding the renewal of my subscription. You can check how long I have been a continuous subscriber of the Deezer service, I have never suspended cooperation with you. At the moment, I do not find a way to renew the Premium subscription for the next year. If there is no longer such an opportunity for me, please notify me of this definitively so that I have the opportunity to collect my collection in another music service.
It is also important for me to know in what form data about my account, as well as about tracks, playlists and albums, will be saved after the end of the subscription, as well as about the possibility of restoring my account in the Deezer service in the future.

I know it’s a bit off-topic, but… Just to think I would pay $4.99 per month…

And, at a given time, $2.99 a month.

What happened, Deezer?

Your automatic subscription renewal has been cancelled. Your subscription ends on 02/11/2022. After this date, you'll be moved to our Deezer Free service.

And no way to prolong the Premium subscription, as I see.

When you are on Deezer Free, you can subscribe to Premium again. Depending on your location, this might also include HiFi streaming with a sligthly higher price if it is available in your country.

It seems Deezer “jointed” Belarus to Russia’s sanctions by misunderstanding the real situation around.

It’s very sad. 

I’ll check what happens after the 02/11/2022.

I see, then the sanctions against Russia probably also include the parts of Ukraine which are under Russian control now.

@d.lazar you are right. We have discontinued our service in Russia because we can no longer operate in this territory under the current legal conditions and economic sanctions.
Unfortunately as we run our service in a similar manner in Belarus, we have to stop operating there too. We don't know yet when we will operate again in Russia and Belarus, but we will keep our users informed.
Note that if you've a paying subscription - started in one of the two countries - the service will stop at the end of the current paid period. Your automatic renewal will be cancelled and you won't be charged anymore.
