Music stops playing when phone is locked after 2 minutes of play

Hi

I’ve followed the other topics and did what was suggested, but that was 2 & 4 years ago.
I do have the newest app on phone for deezer.

Music still stop playing while driving and phone is on lock with black screen.

This is extremely irritating and only started doing this for about a month now.

I have a Samsung Note 20 Ultra in Namibia.

 

PLEASE assist.

Guys,

Please let me know if there is an outcome for this, as it’s extremely annoying. 

Does this mean that it’s only better to change to a different music app?

Any feedback will be appreciated.

Sorry for the late reply I lost you message in the community. 

You will have to update the app to the latest version to make sure it works, 

were you able to solve the issue?

I’ve literally done everything.

Delete all info, delete app, restart, download app, download all info again, still the problem is there.

I really don’t want to move to another music app as I have a lot of music.
