Hi! I am trying to make a duo profile independent, and I supposedly did, but the invitation email was not sent and now we can’t access the account

Access issues with a Deezer Duo account often stem from using the wrong login credentials, an expired invitation link (valid for 30 days), or the secondary user having an active, separate paid subscription, which prevents joining. To fix this, ensure you are logged in with the correct email, ask the admin to resend the invite, or cancel any existing, separate subscription first.

 

The person joining must be on a Free account.If they have an active subscription, they cannot join until it expires.
The Admin should try sending the invite via a different method (e.g., email instead of text).

Sign out and sign back in with the exact email address that received the invitation.

Confirm the second member is on the free plan.

 If problems persist, contact Deezer Support.
