Hi I’m just going through my outgoings and didn’t realise your charging me £22.99 per month? I can get Spotify and save £6 per month! Is there something you can do about this or is it time to switch? I have been with you a while now.

    Music streaming services are a con. Even hi res music streams require a fraction of the storage and network capacity to deliver than a film/movie streaming service does, yet all the music streaming services all seem to believe their service is worth more than the likes of Netflix etc
