Family acount subscription issue


I recently move my account to a family account.

Then I received a gift card for a family account year subscription, so I used it.

Now I have this message


But in the same time when I check my account, I have 


So I start thinking I have a wrong gift code and restart my family subscription for the next year (one shot paiement) 


But It change nothing ! My account is still not a family one.


What I have done wrong ?
