famil subscription unable to link

We dont have free deezer in our country and i am unable to link my husbands existing account to my family subscription. It says error. Try again later and i have been trying for weeks. How do i link my husband’s account?

initially i let him purchase one month’s premium subscription but wasnt able to link him then either. Deezer support said i need to wait until it expires and his account is free but we dont have free.

this is sooo frustrating… its been months that i have been paying family subscription and not enjoying the benefits.

    Hello, as Costumer Care said, you have to let the Premium sub run out before you can link his account to your Family, it does not matter if the Free subscription is available or not in your country, his account just need to have no subscription active.
