Hello I didn't have the funds in my account this morning to pay for my premium subscription I put the funds in payment was authorised by my bank then I get a message saying I've unsubscribed when I didn't now its saying I need to update my payment method and that I need to subscribe otherwise I'm going onto the free one. I've updated my payment method and my subscription is still active ?

 

 

 

If the payment is failed, your Deezer account will change to Deezer Free. If you go to your subscription details in your account, you can see whether you have Deezer Free or Deezer Premium. If it's Deezer Free, you could still make the payment to go to Deezer Premium.
