Hello everyone.I am aware that for some time now, translations of the lyrics of some of the songs are available on Deezer, I am also aware of GlobalLyricProject and the contribution it plays in those translations.More recently I have noticed that there are lyrics with their respective translation (which they didn't have before), but with translation errors, I'm talking specifically about the Spanish translations. Some do not refer to the gender of the singer (change from feminine to masculine) and translation errors, which makes me think that some of the new translations are being done with an online translator.The translations that came from GlobalLyricProject, were checked and delivered correctly without those kinds of errors. Are my suspicions true? Because if so, some of the Spanish translations leave much to be desired.
When I skip tracks or episodes, it's going to the previous track rather than the next one. Same when I just leave it to pay. How do I fix it?!Thanks 😊

Deezer should update their playlists more often at least once a week would be nice. When I go into the Christian genre they are all not updated for 11 months and the new albums on there are old. I sent a message to Deezer but never got it to work even after they replied. Just a thought.

I’ve had a Deezer account for a few years, paid directly via my Three mobile bill. I’ve just received a text message stating my subscription has been cancelled, and my account is showing as just a free account now & won’t let me reactivate my subscription. Any ideas how I can reactivate my account?
Hey, I paid for the premium subscription service about an hour ago for an offer through scrambly for a $25 incentive, which I REALLLLY need. But for some reason it wasnt tracked. They say theres nothing they can do cause its automated on their end, so is there anyway I could just cancel right now and possibly get refunded? Or maybe someone could confirm my paid subscription on scrambly. I'm too broke for this and only made the $11.97 payment in order to make a little extra cash and now I got the way short end of the stick. :( not happy at all.
I would like to find out if radio versions of explicit songs are available on Deezer? In other words, the versions of the songs without swearing in it.
Hello, I live outside of my home country and don't enjoy at all locals taste for music / local music / trends and the local music charts. Is there a way to configure Deezer to show / suggest and play only music of my taste, music inside the style already flagged by me? I was listening a very immersive album and usually Deezer keeps on with the same style after the last track, but not this time (and some others). Some local terrible music started playing and completely ruined all that experience. I had already tried to use foreign proxies / VPNs but my account seems to be glued to my geographical location, maybe coz my credit card billing address. Can this be fixed / changed? I'm almost giving up with Deezer and trying some alternatives. I already pay for Pandora that works fine but doesn't let me listen to an entire album like Deezer does. I really appreciate your help.
I am wondering why I no longer can see the complete album discography of all my favourite artists…..for example: why is back in black not on the AC/DC discography?you have to know the album exists in order to search for it….can you explain why this is now an issue?
I have noticed that some of the Pearl Jam albums are not listed in their discography section. You can only find them through search bar. The problem appears on android app. Could someone take a look at this and maybe fix it?

Good evening Deezer support, Since today I am trying out Deezer. Can you explain to me how the royalties are distributed? What percentage of the turnover goes to the makers? How is it determined who gets how much? Is this, just like with Spotify, the Worldwide streaming percentage yields the same percentage of the royalty budget, or is it revenue per user that goes pro rata, for example to my listened artists. I saw that your amount per stream is higher than with Spotify, so I think it's good. Like to hear from you.
I believe this was available in Deezer Web before, please correct me if that is not the case.It would be nice to be able on an album page (e.g. this) to sort tracks by popularity by clicking on the popularity (“POP.”) list header.The same for “TRACK” would trigger alphabetic sorting.Album view (which does not allow sorting) This would be equivalent to the functionality in the “Top Tracks” view for an artist:Top Tracks (sorted by popularity).“Top Tracks” currently allows sorting by track name, album name, track duration and popularity.Except for the sorting by album name, all of these should IMHO be available in the album view as well.

Hi, I had Deezer sometimes last year or earlier this year. I had to cancel for a time I tried to come back last night and all my downloads were gone so I cancelled again but I still got charged? Do I get reimbursed for the $10.99?
I can pause music on Deezer with my AirPods but Deezer doesn’t respond when I try to play music. This issue only happens with Deezer (works on other apps eg Youtube) Anyone else facing this issue and what’s the solution?
