I have been streaming 24/7. I was just given a NOT ENOUGH DATA for my 2024 review. WHY?

Thank you for the feedback @ninanebo this is actually the 2024 year in review. I received nothing it said I didn't stream enough but I stream 24 hours a day 7 days a week I was just wondering if anybody else experienced that

I reached out to Deezer support and I never heard back. I guarantee I had at least 10,000 streams in 2024 but probably more. I have temporarily canceled my subscription until there is a resolution.

The reason you got the "Not Enough Stream " message is because your account activity didn’t show enough variety in the artists you’ve been listening to.
To generate the MYD review, the system looks for a mix of different artists and content being played.
So even though you’ve been streaming a lot, if it’s mostly from the same few artists, it might not count as enough variety for the stats.
Try mixing up your listening a bit to avoid this in the future.
