A while ago the feature of including concerts on artist pages by addig them to songkick.com and being fetched automatically by Deezer worked. Now it’s not working anymore and the Deezer creators dashboard is so rudimentary that I can’t even check if there’s a problem there somehow. Screenshot is from Songkick.

I can’t find the dates on the artist page in the browser or app. It’s just gone. The show has been added on Songkick weeks ago and is displaying on bandcamp for example.

Why has it been removed? Or is it buggy and needs a fix? For us as a small band it’s super important to use this feature. Please fix this :). I’m trying to move so many people from Sp*tify to Deezer but there need to be a lot of fixes before the UX is smooth.

Hello @quintenquist  thanks for your message and sorry to hear that your concert info is not displayed in your artist page.

I have checked and seems that something is missing in the communication from SongKick to us

So the SongKick feed does not provide their MusicBrainz iD in their concert data.

We are reaching out them to provide us this and them all should be up to date in your page.

Hi @Leonídia.Deezer

thank you very much for the quick reply and check. Looking forward to the fix 🙂.

Let's make Deezer better everyday ✌️.

Sadly, this is still happening. Tour dates had been showing on my page, but do not anymore. I haven’t changed any settings or artist names on Songkick, they just don’t show up.

Hi @ratzekind does this happens on mobile or web/desktop
Could you provide screenshots and/or examples, since I’ve tested with different artists and could see their tour dates displayed on the app.
Thanks

Hey there, I was able to see other people's live dates, but not my own. One of two concerts had been added to Songkick weeks ago, the other one more recently. Both didn't show up. Unfortunately, both concerts have just ended, so no data to see on Songkick.

Are there any other sources than Songkick that Deezer sees concert information from?

Songkick it is the information source at the moment.

I have tested with different artists and accounts and was able to get all the info/concerts near me

That’s really strange. I extra checked double with Songkick’s Tourbox that my connection to Deezer is still there. How long does it take on average for a tour date to appear on an artist’s Deezer page? As I said before, none of my recent two dates were added, and one had been added to Songkick at least a month prior to the event.

I am able to still see concerts near me as well. No issues at the moment.

Well, it’s weird, and I’ll try to replicate it once there are new concerts for one of my acts. Thanks for confirming.

So, I’ve just checked for my own concerts again. They won’t show up, despite having made the connection for Deezer a long time ago, and it shows as active on Songkick’s Tourbox. There is also no option to reset the connection from Songkick directly, so I would assume it’s still wired through.
