deezer 2024

Thank you for the feedback @ninanebo this is actually the 2024 year in review. I received nothing it said I didn't stream enough but I stream 24 hours a day 7 days a week I was just wondering if anybody else experienced that

​@ILoveHunterMetts to experience My Deezer Year, you'll need at least 200 streams. 

If you’re sure you’ve hit that 200-stream mark but still can’t access MDY, don’t worry! Just reach out to our support team at Deezer Support and one of our agents will check your account and help to get your MDY story.

I reached out to Deezer support and I never heard back. I guarantee I had at least 10,000 streams in 2024 but probably more. I have temporarily canceled my subscription until there is a resolution.

Hi ​@ILoveHunterMetts! I totally get your concern, and I appreciate how much you’ve been streaming on Deezer!

The reason you got the "Not Enough Stream " message is because your account activity didn’t show enough variety in the artists you’ve been listening to.

To generate the MYD  review, the system looks for a mix of different artists and content being played.

So even though you’ve been streaming a lot, if it’s mostly from the same few artists, it might not count as enough variety for the stats.

Try mixing up your listening a bit to avoid this in the future.
