I recently discovered the Deezer app on Android Automotive OS and I think it’s great to finally have this so I can cancel my Spotify subscription (which I took because I couldn’t get Deezer yet). But I’m having trouble when playing a playlist that also contains some mp3’s that I uploaded myself into my account. All these uploaded mp3’s sound distorted. I’ve also had this before on the mobile app, but in the Deezer mobile app you have this “repair” option when an uploaded mp3 got corrupted, and after running that, it sounds ok again. The Android Automotive OS version of Deezer unfortunately does not have a similar option. So could you please look into this issue of corrupted uploaded mp3’s on the AAOS version?

Can only control volume of airplay devices with physical buttons on side of IPad. Cannot adjust volume using slider bar. As soon as I release the slider volume, it returns to original location. Volume does not change as I slide the volume up & down. What setting am I missing? thanks

I recently changed phone to a Google Pixel 6a (android 13). The app is working great, except for the shortcuts (long press on app grid) which raises an “App isn't installed" error, preventing me from launching my mix or identifying songs being played around me… I have reinstalled the app several times, deleted both the storage and cache, and I do not know how to get rid of this error...

Recently I upgraded my pc with a faster M.2 Nvme Samsung 980 ssd - this upgrade has required me to reinstall Windows 10 and all the necessary drivers. After doing it so, I wanted to install Deezer. I downloaded the latest version from your website “DeezerDesktopSetup_5.30.590” then run the installer. Installation start right away but mid installing / loading the window close by itself when it gets to the red line in my screenshot from below. I guess the installer just crash. Restart computer, try again with same problem. I see there’s a “missing icon” Deezer shortcut on my Desktop - try to open it: Windows can’t find deezer.exe. Open Settings / Apps & Features, search for Deezer, yes, the app seem to be installed. Try to Uninstall Deezer app I get an error: “Error launching installer” - At this point I’m stuck, I can’t uninstall or install Deezer on my computer. Please help me here…Regards,Stefan

My streamer from the brand Triangle (WIFI & MULTIROOM COMPACT STREAMER – AIO C) can not connect with the deezer app. However Spotify is working 100%. Problem is that my login is not possible but i am sure that i use the right login name and pasword. Its irritate me because deezer is telling me that this must be working well. Hi. I have lost the display of music playing when my phone (iPhone 11) is locked. I have done the turn on off and delete the app. When downloading the app again, my Lock Screen will display they song been played. But as soon as I close the app down and go to re use it, it will not display. Any ideas?

While listening to album A I try to add album B to the queue. I see a message saying it was added but when looking in the queue I just see album A added again.

I am using deezer premium on my laptop and 2 android devices The home page on the desktop app is full of different charts of recommendations (tons of recommendations) while the android home page is much smaller than the desktop one What i mean by recommendations is lists like deezer originals, charts, most streamed music, it only feels like yesterday chart, hydrating hits and a few other charts, all of those are missing on my android main page! In conclusion the main page in the android device is so poor of charts and recommendations while desktop and Web version are full of charts. First device: Redmi note 7 Deezer version: latest version (not beta). Os: Miui 11..android 9 (xiaomi phone) Second device: Redmi pad Deezer version: latest (not beta) Os: miui 14 pad..android 13 (xiaomi tablet) Third device: a laptop with windows 11 Deezer version: latest desktop version. Recently when I open the deezer App to stream music, it opens Samsung Web browser at a Deezer page not found. My device is an S22. . Apart from being annoying, I have to close the browser every time. I cannot see any settings that have changed and why Deezer App might be opening a Web page when it never has before . My renewal is up at end of month, and I'm unsure about renewal if this is an ongoing issue..

I have created a playlist and would like to play just one song from it, without having to stop it manually at the end. At the moment, it automatically moves on to the next song in my playlist.

My queue is not on the bottom right corner like stated. Where is it?

I’m new - been signed up for less than an hour, and stumbled around on a Mac to find out how to select music and have. playlist play. When I had a couple of tracks - one playing, a couple enqueued, I clicked the ‘Music’ and ‘Genres’ to find some more, but as I select tracks from an album ‘Add to queue’ - the track playing ends and moves to the next queued item. Not directly a 1 to 1 with me clicking on another action, and I’ve now tested by signing out and signing on on the iPad. Same thing happens. All sounds go to a Heos managed Pair of Denim speakers (another cpu in the mix) Is this just the way that Deezer free works? I’m not about to pay for more of this… else - is it not coping with queue updates whilst playing? Bandwidth constraints? Thanks for any suggestions..

Hello Team, since a while I have the issue that I get an Error Message when I prelisting or load a track on the deck. Following message appears in the deck when I try to load the track. “unexpected response from server deezer“ After a time, 10-15min, it runs normally. It seems that the tracks per hour a limited by Deezer. During the prelisting in the playlist/folder every track downloading in the cache and this raise the numbers on tracks per hour. Does somebody have the same issues? Is there Setup solution maybe? Thank you

How can I cast music directly from the Android Deezer app to a Sonos speaker? For reference it is not my Sonos speaker account.

My phone (Google pixel 7) has just started making a popping noise between tracks. It never did this beforehand and I haven't changed any settings. Just started doing it and I have no idea how to turn it off. Any suggestions? Tia

I've been having issues for months now with the app constantly just closing itself. Any ideas what this can be? It's completely up to date my phone is new, no idea what it is and it's getting to the point where I might just convert to Spotify, had this account for almost 10 years and it's driving me mad now

If I do a search for a band or generic term. I get a list of albums etc pop up. At the top I select ‘TRACKS’. Then when tapping on random tracks nothing plays back. Nothing happens at all. Sometimes I close the app then restart it again, then it will work for a little while. Sometimes I need to play an album randomly then go back to the search of the tracks just to play a song. Does anyone else have this issue? I am using the app on an iPhone, I have tried Deezer support, but they were totally unhelpful. That’s another story. I have tried everything, uninstalling, clearing cache and more…. If you have the same problem let me know, or am I alone on this? lol

I saw others with the same problem where some song is cause wear os devices to have a neverending download and the only options given were to find the song or songs since it doesn't say which they are in my 500+ liked songs folder. I was wondering if it has been resolved yet since the forum was closed though it was created only 3 months ago.
