Same here. No Hifi label on a considerable amount of tracks downloaded in High Fidelity. I believe there are others who suffer from the same problem. I hope that someone from Deezer can address this situation in a timely fashion.
Hi @jirkav @sonicsphere, thank you for your message.
Could you please send me a video recording of the problem you described? This will help me share your situation more effectively with our developers and address your issue more accurately.
Hi @Leonídia.Deezer.
I prepared two videos for you. The first one (named "01_Smartphone.mp4") is a record from my smartphone. You can see that I am on a HiFi plan, and HiFi quality is set for streaming and downloading. I apologise for the Czech language; let me know if I should switch to English. Then I played some downloaded tracks. You can see that only two of them (Silence is the enemy by Papa roach and Throne by Bring me the horizon) are marked as HiFi. Finally, I played Silence is the enemy again, and the HiFi label disappeared. So this is an issue with my Deezer app on my smartphone. I would expect all the tracks to be labelled as HiFi, which they were before I had to reinstall the app about three weeks ago.
The second video (02_Desktop.mp4) is from my Desktop App for Macbook. You can see that all downloaded tracks are Marked as HiFi.
Videos can be downloaded from my Google Drive:

Let me know whether you need any additional information.
This is precisely the problem, graciously provided in the videos posted above. Waiting hopefully for a response
Same here. No HiFi Sticker...nothing. Im using Windows 11 desktop App.
Adding some context here, as I just found this thread myself and for anyone else who may stumble across. May or may not be applicable to OP's main issue.

When audio quality for download is set to High Fidelity, track image is losing the HiFi badge.
Originally thought this meant quality was not downloading correctly. I'm new to Deezer, so only have 30 songs on favorites list.
Going by setting quality from standard, to HQ, to High Fidelity, I downloaded a Playlist within each quality and subsequently cleared the data before moving to the next quality. I monitored downloaded data of the 30 songs in my Playlist during this.
Standard: 100mb
HQ: 244mb
Hi fidelity: 689mb
I believe, in my case, it's downloading correctly but still not displaying the hi-fi badge on the cover art.
This was done before and after reinstalling the app and using airplane mode and offline mode in combination.

Same for me, also in streaming mode. A lot of songs, either downloaded or in streaming, aren't labelled HI-FI. (neither HQ).
So am I listening 128kbps files?
I switched to Deezer from Spotify for lossless music...
My Total download Is about 150giga for 4300 songs.

If you downloaded in hifi, they're hifi. The issue is that hifi isn't displaying so there's no way to verify or validate. This would only be an issue if you downloaded some of your catalogue prior to changing the download quality in settings to Hifi.
Not sure it's a bug, per se, but an oversight on the download functionality to not display quality.

Just did some back of the napkin math. My download rates brought up to your song count fits the ratio if expect to see for Hifi. My math actually has it coming in lower than what you have, but your data storage might also account for smart storage cache as well (data stored for streamed songs, not downloaded)
