Not showing on lockscreen

One Hit Wonder

I have a Blackview BV6200 using Android 13. Deezer player not showing on lock screen even when in use. Have allowed all permissions, installed widget on home screen but still get no sign of Deezer to allow for playback, skip controls or song information.

Can you please check in your phone preferences?

If you go to:
 

  • Settings
  • Notification & status bar
  • Scroll down to Deezer
  • Click on Deezer
  • Check if the settings are correct

Or check in your settings Home screen & Lock screen and then Deezer.
