You are probably using an adblocker or a browser setting preventing to access a site which Deezer uses in the background. If you have a Premium or Family account, you don’t need an adblocker anyhow, so disabling it might help.
Thank you for your reply. I read other topics and I already checked this.
Unfortunately this is not the case. Firefox itself has a quite good level of security. It is maybe due to this but its really annoying. Microsoft Edge (yes there is a MS Edge for Linux!) does not have this concern but it is definitely not a browser I use.
I can even say that with Firefox running in safe-mode (all add-on disabled) the problem exists.
So it is definitely not an add-on problem.
It is not related to the Os either because other browser works fine. It is something related with Firefox probably. I also reported the site as broken site to Mozilla support but they need to get a login so maybe not so helpful.
If it can help the error code returned by Deezer is Erreur : MS0610
Hi @xX0V0Xx, the MS0610 error you're getting is basically about waiting too long for the track to play.
It's probably connected to your internet connection.
So, our suggestion is to unplug your router from the power for about 30 seconds to give it a full reset.
If the error keeps popping up, it's a good idea to contact your internet provider to see if there's a technical issue on their end.
My provider and my internet is fully working - Again: MS Edge plays it well. Clearly the problem belongs to Deezer since problem like mine last on the forum for years. But it’s easier to reject responsibility to the user.
Problem is not solved.
NOTE: I am a Firefox + Linux user. Quite unusual so maybe Deezer does not want to spend too much effort for the 0,1% of Linux users.
I also have same problem with Deezer app, both in Ubuntu Linux and Windows 11. I tried fully unblocking Deezer domains at AdGuard and from browser adblock addons but the problem still persists. Maybe Deezer is trying to access some weird domains outside while playing songs? OR this problem is not related with ADBlock stuff at all?
Above I said:
I can even say that with Firefox running in safe-mode (all add-on disabled) the problem exists. So it is definitely not an add-on problem. Problem is on Deezer side but they don’t care.
hi @xX0V0Xx .
I’ve tried to use Deezer on Linux Mint and with Google Chrome it works without any problems.
And I also tried the most recent Firefox and Deezer and also here, it works without any problems.
So I’m wondering what it could be? Using a WiFi connection here.
