I recently moved to Spotify and underestimated how many playlists I had saved. I transfered some... Some being 2000. I don't want any of these, will I really have to delete them 1 by 1? 😭💔

I am just trying Deezer after cancelling Spotify and I am disappointed I cannot control Sonos speakers straight from Deezer ap. I think it is annoying enough for me to go back to Spotify. When I move from bedroom to outside then living room I have to switch aps instead of using only Deezer. Not good enough I am afraid.

How can I log a decent complaint with deezer? I have a premium account, now I moved to odido and get family from them. For some reason I cannot utilise this. Odido points me to deezer and from deezer I get no feedback whatsoever, despite the fact tjat I have a ticket number.I realise now that I am paying double, something I did not notice until deezer did not reply and I was looking into this more deeply. I would like a refund and be able to use family via odidoWhere do I need to be?

So I am on iOS 18.6 with the latest Deezer App, but after a fresh App start it always defaults back to the standard audio quality. That same function works on Android very well. What am I doing wrong?(also tried the Beta, same behaviour)

Does anyone else have this problem since the update 7.0.130 of the Windows app?Before, when I launched Deezer, it remembered the last track I played, and the playlist. I could press “play” and continue. Since that update, it’s not possible any more. Even the web version doesn’t remember, though I don’t know if it ever did since I never used it.I’ve tried a few things, likechecking the available disk space (more than 300 GB free, should be fine) deleting Windows’ temporary files uninstalling / reinstalling Deezer removing the cookies and logging in again (I wasn’t sure if the “app” wasn’t simply a browser in disguise, like many other apps; it does seem to rely on the browser to log back in) checking the app logsIt’s not easy to test an older version because it updates straight away, and I don’t want to start using the firewall to block a possible update port and so on.Weird, and very annoying.

When I put Deezer into offline mode and use it through Android auto no playlists or albums are shown even though they are downloaded. This would really help in reducing data usage on a long drive. Also, when browsing albums in Android auto it would be great to find based on artist. My album list is quite long and when trying to find a new album when I can't remember the name is difficult. Any help here would be appreciated. Thanks, Jon

Hope you guys are doing well.I am working on a rhythm game similar to Guitar Hero and I wanted to know If i can use the 30s previews from Deezer as the music for it.The audio will not be modified, stored or downloaded. I used to use FLOW all the time, but it played the same music over and over, sometimes one song would play twice in 15 minutes. When I recently discovered "Shuffle My Music" I was happy because I could see what was going to be played and it wouldn't repeat anything (at least not for the 50 songs of the playlist). However, "Shuffle My Music" still suffers from issues FLOW had, namely only playing one or two specific songs from favourite artists and playing the same songs every time. If I pressed "Shuffle My Music" multiple times you can be sure that 80% of the songs in any playlist would be in every other playlist. So, my question: how do I fix My Music? How do I get FLOW or "Shuffle My Music" to have variety? How do I get more than [b][i]one[/i][/b] song from an artist (no matter how many albums and songs they may have) to play?

Since yesterday evening, Deezer has kicked me out of my account, and when I enter my login and password, it says "Unfortunately, it is not possible to register in your country." I have a premium account. What is the problem? VPN doesn't work. This has happened before, but I was able to log in to my account without any issues

Hello, I just wanted to ask how I can reach out to HIFI songs directly? Any collections? 

Already whenever I searched, I had to scroll the results page down to get more than the first few songs into view. There’s just a lot of clutter around the page, and the part I care about gets precious little screen real estate. But now with the Top Result box, I can’t see any of the song list, just the one song, taking up way more space than it needs to. A plain old tabular list already had the top result, right at the top! That’s what it means! It’s the top result, because it’s at the top! The top of the list! The list that already existed! This just takes up more space and offers zero additional information, and makes the list harder to use by requiring more scrolling if it’s not what I was looking for. Can I request a “compact view” that eliminates all this?
