Excessive Battery use

I’m assuming you:

• have the latest Android and Deezer Updates installed.
• are using the Stable version of Deezer app.

Here are a few things that you can try:

1. Disable background activity: Navigate to your Phone’s Settings > Apps > Deezer then select “Battery Usage” and turn off “Allow background usage”

2. Since you have your songs downloaded, Open Deezer and navigate to settings and select “Offline Mode” and monitor if the issue persists.
3. Clear App Data: Navigate to your Phone Settings > Apps > Deezer then select “Clear Data”. Note: This will clear all your downloaded music and will require you to re-login to the app.
4. Check if there’s any other app recently installed (Games, “Phone/Memory” Booster apps) - most could be infested with Malware or Crypto miners - Uninstall them.
5. Restart you Phone

These should 99% of the time resolve your issue.
