What do i do if the website version of DEEZER isn't playing any music when I press play?

I have always used Deezer when I play music, but one day, in late November, I was going to play some music on my laptop, but then, when I clicked the play button, instead of playing music, nothing happened, and it has been like that ever since. It's really sad because I use music a lot to help me focus and cheer me up when I go through hard times, but because of this issue, I haven't been able to use music. I have app limits, meaning that I cannot download Deezer on my laptop.😔

Can you please check your account in the preferences on the Deezer website?

Please check if your subscription is still active and if the correct email address is being used.

My email address is correct, I use Deezer free though...

Have you tried a different browser assuming free option is available in your location ?

Does this happens in all browsers?
You mentioned you have app limits? Is it a work laptop? (maybe an issue with firewall too)

yes it happens in all my browsers.

It is not a work laptop but has app limits because of my parents

Have you tried to clear cache? 
Do you also get an error message or it just doesn’t play?
Could you sent a video if possible?

How do you clear cache? I don't get an error message; it just doesn't play.
