Hello @Sebastian incerti: In order to have more helpful replies, please provide more details:

  1. Make and Model of your Phone
  2. OS version it’s running
  3. Deezer Version

Assuming you’re on the Beta version, try going into your phone’s settings > Apps > Deezer > Data and Storage > Clear Cache. Try using Deezer once more.

If that doesn’t solve the problem go again into your phone’s settings > Apps > Deezer > Data and Storage > Clear Data. Try logging back in to Deezer and using.

If the problem persists raise the issue here

It seas deezer running on  another phone and it stops my music. I reset password and nothing.

Hello @Ivo96 I’ve made some adjustments in your account and also sent you a password reset link. Please click on the link, proceed to reset your password and Login again with your new credentials.
That should fix the problem.
