Hello, I have used Deezer premium since 2018 yet I cannot access 360 by Deezer and I also don't have Hifi option in the Deezer app.

In which country do you live? As far as I know, the new Premium tier including HiFi streaming is not available everywhere yet, so you might still have the old Premium access without HiFi.

Concerning the 360 by Deezer app, support will end this month, so you could not use it anyhow next month anymore.
