My subscription plan is Deezer Premium and if I understand correctly HIFI audio quality should be now included. Unfortunately I can not see it in the audio settings. Why is that? Thank you for the answer.

When was your last payment? If you've just paid for the next month, it's possible that you won't get HiFi until the next payment.
Example:
The new subscriptions including HiFi are valid from September 29th, but your payday is September 28th. -> You will receive HiFi as part of the payment on October 28th
