While his older music should still be found if a fan that has been out of the loop uses his deadname to find it, the artist profile should be updated to reflect his transition. Please update this, you're already about 7 years late..

(Not just for Sam Bettens of course)

Hi @YMM !

To change an artist name on Deezer, artist must contact it's music distributor (e.g., DistroKid, TuneCore, RouteNote) to send an update, as this cannot be done directly through the Deezer for Creators website.
Deezer only allows for minor changes like capitalization or accents in the portal .

Full name changes require a catalog update.

After a name change, artist may need to map discography to a new profile if the old one cannot be updated .

It's obvious that the artist here decided to keep their old artist name on Deezer, even though the cover of the 2025 album says Sam Bettens, which is in the discography published under the name Sarah Bettens.
