I am using Deezer on my laptop, with Deezer free, which I have done for years with no issues. Suddenly it is now saying I can only listen to 30 seconds of each song unless I subscribe to Deezer premium.I have never had this issue on my computer before and I am certainly not subscribing to premium given there are many tracks I listen to that Deezer does not have. Has anyone else had this issue and know how to resolve it or am I finally going to have to move to Spotify?
I have many ideas that I find interesting for the music application Deezer. I want please that there is an own Like and own playlist endless - radio mix for literally every music, genre that is in the ‘’Like playlist and own playlist without Likes’’ for free and Premium users. The endless radio mix must be literally infinite random that means that a best song of all time can play if you touch the endless radio mix button for free users and premium users but for premium users there is something special, they must listen and see never literally repetition never ever also if the song has another background and same artist for Deezer Premium users. And for free Deezer users for example after the 999 millijard double l (not miljard) number with 6003 zeros, then a random different song, just 1 song only can literally be repeated, the song must be a song that has not repeated the first time, just another one, also if it has another background but the same song and artist. Say I have visitors at my place and I want to let them play some of their favourite songs. I wouldn’t want this to affect my Flow or what I see on the app next time I use it. Even worse, if I need to play some children’s songs, I wouldn’t want this genre to creep into my preferences. Is there a way to do it? A private session of some kind?
For weeks my Deezer MacOS app has been disconnected from my account, and clicking “Log in” opens a browser page that tells to open a link in Deezer, but it does absolutely nothing.
While I was going on the quiz I noticed that every time, after round 1, the sound goes off. I’ve tried to reload the page but it didn’t work(note that I’m on a iPad). I think it’s a system error that needs to be checked. I’ve waited a fews weeks waiting for someone else to pick up the problem but when I came back to it and it still hasn’t been fixed…:(I hope there is something you can do about this, but if not, I’ll just have to cope

Hello!With the newer version of your app, I can´t always scroll down to the songs when splitscreen is active. If I open a playlist, I can see the big image on top of the playlist, but can´t scroll past the image. So split screen is basically useless at the moment. No matter if tablet (e.g. Lenovo P11 on Android 13) or phone (e.g. Sony Xperia 5 III on Android 13).I made a short screen record to show the issue:Video of IssueCould you please fix this, so one can scroll down to the list of songs and start playback, without having to end the split-screen all the time?Thank you very much!
I miss the widget, if I remember correctly it was/is available on Mac, where you have the most important buttons, such as previous/play/pause/next buttons, like/dislike, add to playlist etc. This was available if you hovered your mouse over Deezer in the taskbar and the widget appeared. Once Deezer is minimized, could have the option to minimize to widget or to system tray.
The toggle that looks like it switches between list view and tile view in the album list of an artist does not do anything. Albums are always shown as a list independent of the toggle state. Is there a way to show larger tiles of the albums?
Hi,Does Deezer Connect support Yamaha R-N800A streaming amplifier?I see it supports R-N803 which is very similar to N800A, but I cannot connect to it directly from my Deezer app on Android. I’m only able playing Deezer music through Yamaga Musiccast app, which is not good.Thanks in advance.
Hello Deezer Community, In my experience, when exploring music in "Flow", is very likely to see the same song multiple times with different record IDs (for example: the same song can be in different albums from 1 artist). As a consequence I can add the same song multiple times to my Favorite Tracks. In time, this can become a problem because we can reach or limit of songs in a few months, weeks (depending how much the user "likes" songs). I think there are 2 ways to improve this. Solution #1 - Prevent it: Validate, when a user "likes" a song, if the song already exists in the Favorite Track queue, considering the name of the song, the artist (and maybe other info). If the song exists then advice the user saying: "this song already exists for Artists X for album Z,. Are you sure you want to add it?" Solution #2 - Deal with it Provide the ability to the user to clean lists of songs and remove duplicate songs based on the criteria mentioned in the previous solution. PD: There's al

Completely at the bottom there's a link "download desktop”which brings you to … the exact same page.I have a new laptop and wanted to install the desktop app again. This means I have to browse through the forums here again to find that direct download link someone posted a while ago, or just guess that you find some version of it in Microsoft Store? Maybe? Hello,There is a serious problem with Deezer content, protecting children and the viability of the “explicit content” filters.If I apply the filter then a lot of completely harmless stuff gets blocked. My son told me yesterday how he couldn’t listen to a Bruno Mars song or one of his favourite stories (for children). The same son was browsing through comedy podcasts and was shocked to hear someone talking about certain sexual acts. Needless to say, he had lots of questions for me. I had a look myself this morning. I applied the explicit content filter to the profile and was able to find a lot of content that was not just explicit but pornographic in nature. Most of them were podcasts, and I didn’t therefore even have the “block artist” button. I checked out the other providers like Spotify and Amazon and it’s the same story. I initally thought I was signing up to a music platform, and I would not have minded the occasional bit of bad language in a song, plus I can always block artists.
