I just want to upgrade to family, why is it so difficult to see how to do this? Can you please provide an update to how this is done from my iPhone . Thank you

I want to upgrade my account to family. 
i do exactly all the steps described in the screenshot, but it’s impossible for me to switch to a family account as it says that my account is not eligible. 
What can I do ?

Have you perhaps booked with Apple or Google? Then switching directly to Deezer Family won't work without canceling your current subscription, letting it expire and then booking with deezer.com.
