After numerous tests and multiples un-installed and re-installed processes, i had no other options than sharing my frustration here.Deezer will consume a LOT of mobile data and despite using the BASIC sound mode for mobile, it will consume up to 4mb/s resulting in an average of 50-70mb per tracks. I downloaded GlassWire and monitored each and every settings from Deezer and even found that the STANDARD mode will use a less as 900kb/s whereas the BASIC used a minimum of 1279kb/sI made use i stopped the app after each settings change and restart it before testing. Today, i cannot enjoy my trips to work without stressing about bursting my monthly data plans..Things were fine 2 months ago, just decided to act weird after every updates…Using the latest deezer with Android 14Come on Deezer, you claim millions of users worldwide which makes you USD 11,000,000.00 per month if we consider only ONE million premium members. And you guys cannot make sure the app is working as claimed and advertised

I am using Deezer on my laptop, with Deezer free, which I have done for years with no issues. Suddenly it is now saying I can only listen to 30 seconds of each song unless I subscribe to Deezer premium.I have never had this issue on my computer before and I am certainly not subscribing to premium given there are many tracks I listen to that Deezer does not have. Has anyone else had this issue and know how to resolve it or am I finally going to have to move to Spotify?
Hello Deezer Community, In my experience, when exploring music in "Flow", is very likely to see the same song multiple times with different record IDs (for example: the same song can be in different albums from 1 artist). As a consequence I can add the same song multiple times to my Favorite Tracks. In time, this can become a problem because we can reach or limit of songs in a few months, weeks (depending how much the user "likes" songs). I think there are 2 ways to improve this. Solution #1 - Prevent it: Validate, when a user "likes" a song, if the song already exists in the Favorite Track queue, considering the name of the song, the artist (and maybe other info). If the song exists then advice the user saying: "this song already exists for Artists X for album Z,. Are you sure you want to add it?" Solution #2 - Deal with it Provide the ability to the user to clean lists of songs and remove duplicate songs based on the criteria mentioned in the previous solution. PD: There's al

Seriously, if you go to : https://www.deezer.com/explore/en-us/download/ there's nothing. Yeah, a link to Google Play, which tells you to install it on your mobile. Completely at the bottom there's a link "download desktop”which brings you to … the exact same page.I have a new laptop and wanted to install the desktop app again. This means I have to browse through the forums here again to find that direct download link someone posted a while ago, or just guess that you find some version of it in Microsoft Store? Maybe? There are several posts about this already and yes I’ve read them, but this needs to be more visible as it is being overlooked by the deezer team. I, nor anyone else, wants any holiday music to be playing after January at least if not sooner. Any random PL created or any flow that I start, has some Christmas songs in it. It is April now, i don’t want it, until Decembar.I am not going to dislike every single song (or Elvis, Sinatra...), as I want to play them again when the season comes. You need to properly tag them, and have an option to opt out of those songs, when users feel comfortable, it can be a pop-up it can be a checkbox, radio-button… no one cares how, just make it happen.
Hello,There is a serious problem with Deezer content, protecting children and the viability of the “explicit content” filters.If I apply the filter then a lot of completely harmless stuff gets blocked. My son told me yesterday how he couldn’t listen to a Bruno Mars song or one of his favourite stories (for children). The same son was browsing through comedy podcasts and was shocked to hear someone talking about certain sexual acts. Needless to say, he had lots of questions for me. I had a look myself this morning. I applied the explicit content filter to the profile and was able to find a lot of content that was not just explicit but pornographic in nature. Most of them were podcasts, and I didn’t therefore even have the “block artist” button. I checked out the other providers like Spotify and Amazon and it’s the same story. I initally thought I was signing up to a music platform, and I would not have minded the occasional bit of bad language in a song, plus I can always block artists.

While I was going on the quiz I noticed that every time, after round 1, the sound goes off. I’ve tried to reload the page but it didn’t work(note that I’m on a iPad). I think it’s a system error that needs to be checked. Say I have visitors at my place and I want to let them play some of their favourite songs. I wouldn’t want this to affect my Flow or what I see on the app next time I use it. Even worse, if I need to play some children’s songs, I wouldn’t want this genre to creep into my preferences. Is there a way to do it? A private session of some kind?

When using the mobile app I can resort my playlists through 'edit playlist' and dragging the songs around. After saving my changes, the playlist will not reflect those changes on the mobile app specifically. If I go to 'edit playlist' again then the changes are reflected in that track order. The changes are also reflected on PC. The playlist simply does not update on the mobile app. Solutions I have tried to no effect:1. Making small changes then saving a second time.2. Signing out and signing back in.3. Force stopping the app the fully restart it.4. Clearing the cache.5. Connecting to a different network.6. Restarting the phone entirely.7. Refreshing the playlist by swiping down.
