Hi I only get one skip per hour just wanted to know if this is a bug or something new with the app

Yes I have the free version I’ve cleared my data on the app, deleted the app, left my account for 24 hours and still only get 1 skip an hour

Hi @Amarion Bennett, I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue.

The Deezer Free subscription allows for 6 track skips per hour.

I tested it on my phone and couldn't reproduce the problem; everything seems to be working fine for me.

Could you please provide the following information:

What is the brand and model of the device you are experiencing issues with?
What version of the operating system (Android, iOS, Windows, or Mac) is installed on your device?
If you're using our app, what is the Deezer version installed on your device?
