I've just got a new phone with plenty of storage available. I'm connected to WiFi. It downloaded about 10% of my playlist and gets jammed and doesn't download any further. I have started and restarted over and over again but no luck

While I was going on the quiz I noticed that every time, after round 1, the sound goes off. I’ve tried to reload the page but it didn’t work(note that I’m on a iPad). I think it’s a system error that needs to be checked. I’ve waited a fews weeks waiting for someone else to pick up the problem but when I came back to it and it still hasn’t been fixed…:(I hope there is something you can do about this, but if not, I’ll just have to cope
I’ve lost all my favourite tracks I’ve been with you since 2017 and had over 500 tracks some very special to me. I had to cancel in Jan 24 because I Couldn’t afford £14.99 which started of at £6.99! I went back to tracks with adverts. My favourite track are still on my I phone but not my I pad, could I have them back please? ……….Thankyou, Dave!
Hi, i think the issue is the same as this topic which was closed (but without solution): On my SonyAudio NW-A100, it is now impossible to access song list, half of the screen is either blocked by a visual of an album or by the song being played. Consequence is that we cannot scroll anywhere.Would it be possible to fix this? Thanks

So after struggling with an MS0004 error and having to delete cache, uninstall app, restart phone, reinstall app 4 times. I finally manage to get the app installed and working only to find that now if I exit the app, the music continues to play and I can only stop it by accessing my notification bar. Seriously??I use Deezer mainly whilst driving and like my previous topic asking why we can't have an option for an always on screen (which we still don't have I believe) unlike Spotify), which for me is a problem because if a song plays that I don't know and want to know, I have to use my fingerprint to unlock my phone and get my screen on so that I can identify the track. Taking my attention off the road and here in the UK breaking the law as you are not allowed to touch a mobile device whilst driving, even if you are stationary and have an idling engine. It's illegal. If the screen is on whilst I'm driving I can merely glance at the screen and identify the track, a very very simple and s

How do i set to continue to play similar music once my playlist has run out? I find currently, that when my playlist is completed, ends, that the music stops.I also get to a point when I have started ‘Launch Track Mix’ that it will stop at some point.I never want that behavior, I would always want, no matter how I started, for Deezer to continue similar music, is this possible?
so im in this page right here, on my way to access deezer for artists. but theres a huge problem. theres no such thing as an artist upc. i tried pasting the upc of a release that i have but that didnt work either. what am i supposed to do?
Is there any way to fix this? I can’t play my tracks. I know this has been happening for a bit and to some others too.I am on Chrome OS, and have to stay on it so no mobile app or premium either.
So I've been using Flow on and off for 2+ years now and it's been all over the place when recommending music. About a year and a half ago it started only recommended the same 5 bands over and over again (which I have hundreds of “tracked artists”) so I stopped my subscription.I tried again about a year ago and saw that was improved, but what Ive noticed is that my radio often goes only into two genres and it seems to be dependent on the day of the week. And within those genres the same few artists/bands over and over again. It seems that Monday through Thursday I will basically only get instrumental rock and modern prog rock and that is it. Whether I go to favorites or discoveries. Once Friday hits, I seem to get all my various metal, electronic, and other genres in a fairly healthy mix. And the various “moods” are basically garbage for me. Each one of them doesn't have any of my music or shows me the same few bands/artists over and over again.I only subscribe to Deezer for Flow as my
Since couple of months Deezer stops playing Flow or Mixes after couple of songs played normally.You need to go back and forward to get it working, but after 2-3 songs it stops again. You get: “almost there only few seconds left ”...And than it is same with:Heos app I use in my office to stream Deezer Yamaha AV app I use at home Of course I cleared cache, re-installed and all that but that doesn`t help either.Been Deezer user for many years, but this is a “killer” bug that makes app unusable, sorry. If there is any actual advice to fix this it would be very welcome.
It used to work, but now my uploaded MP3s do not play in Chromecast. They still play fine when playing via the Android or Desktop apps.
I paid annual fee 3 weeks ago, since 2 days I have deezer free, my downloads are gone
