I'm on my 30-day trial trial period. I signed up using the desktop app and proceeded to go to my favorite artists and shuffle them. From there, tracks from my favorite artists are played and suggestions are played. I have the option to remove the suggestions. On the Android app, I don't see these features available at all. Not even the option to shuffle my favorite artists. Am I missing something? How could Deezer make two completely different interfaces? This would be a deal breaker.
All the music I painstakingly imported now have lost their covers. So this recent update has not only removed our capacity to sort music, but also limited imported music? Is there anything else that's been changed? I'm so disappointed.
It has been broken for the last couple weeks now. Artist and cover not showing up for imported music after moved into a separate playlist (from My MP3). Still fine on PC. Please highlight this issue with dev team.
On my iPhone Deezer app, my Downloaded Music would sort alphabetically from A to Z by Artist and then by Album, but since the latest update, they are sorted by most recently downloaded, apparently, and I can’t figure out how to sort them any other way. I don’t like the new sorting, and I would like to sort them as they were. Anyone how to help me with this, or is this something I need to escalate to the Deezer powers that be? Thanks!
HelloI just installed Deezer on my Polestar 4. It works fine but I've two annoying issues:- There is no sync between device. The car doesn't appear in the list of devices connected to my deezer account (allready tried to reinstall)- When I leave the car and come 15min later the list that was playing is lost. This is very annoying when using Flow because there no way to put back what was playingIs it a problem from Deezer or from AAOS/the car?Thank you,Fabrice

This just started happening to me recently.Whenever I try to launch the Deezer Android Auto app, every audio clip sound corrupted. I don’t know how to describe it aside from “choppy, stuttery playback”.No other audio app does this (Youtube Music works fine).Download quality is set to standard, I’ve re-installed it on my phone and I’ve even tried it on a different loaner car (same model, newer year).It’s so bad, I’m considering leaving deezer. Anyone have any similar experiences?
Hi, Deezer.page.link types aren't opening in the app for me on my samsung a54. The strange thing is that the option to open them in the app is not even present in the deezer app info (i.e. “supported web adresses”). Other link formats do work. I'm on the latest update of the regular (non beta) app. Any ideas?

For a few days now, I have met an issue in the “Shuffle my music” function both on Android app and on Desktop App (I guess I would find the same issue on Web app). The function is either telling me to create some playlist (I own 15 playlists each filled with plenty of songs) or to add some albums or tracks what I have already done too, or playing any random music that was never added to any of my playlist nor my favorite tracks. Therefore, could someone please help me finding the way out of this really annoying issue as “Shuffle my music” is the function that I am used to using the most on Deezer ?
I added a song to Favorites and it is not there anymore. I also cannot find it in Recent searches. I would add it again, but I do not remember the song and band name.
I have been going back and forward with Deezer for 3 weeks about my free trial I just wanted to try it out and they promised me it wouldn’t happen and i finally did and now i can’t get my money back this is what i feared it is so frustrating to be lied to after be reassure that it wouldn’t happen now im out 16.19 and apple saying that they ruling is final I had contacted my bank to do a dispute but to go through all the hassle after speaking with Deezer about this issue so many times

I downloaded a few EPs from my PC Deezer app and the do appear as downloads thru the app but, as instructed I went to C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Roaming\deezer-desktop\Cache and no such folder exists. Ideally, per my settings, the files should be in FLAC format. I write this in the case I can find this elusive “deezer-desktop” folder. Is is NOT in the path specified above. I have also tried the android app and again, no deezer folder. BUT I did see the files, but only in mp3 format. Also, if anyone is aware of a telephone support # I would be quite interested in that.‘
I’ve noticed that with a lot of music I listen to, launching the Track Mix will result in playing just the same artist or music completely unrelated or different from the original track. Are there any plans to improve this? Currently, when this happens, I gather the track playlist from Spotify and bring it over to Deezer. I feel like Deezer needs to do a better job with more obscure artists and songs. Discovery is a big part of why I choose the music streaming service that I use.

Over the past few days, I’ve noticed that my Favorites playlist has significantly expanded, with numerous tracks being added that I did not select. Unfortunately, these new additions do not match my musical taste, and I find it inconvenient to have them in my playlist. Soo… Most of my music i hear is Metal / rock / gothic and sub genres EDM too and stuff. Most of my liked stuff too including artists. Yet my flow thinks “hey lets give the listener Trance / techno / pop 24/7”Youtube music really did a better “flow” with their mixes their flow being called “super mix” Somehow on deezer “change the style” doesnt change it either its even after 20x still trance techno…. i can skip and dislike as many songs as i can and yet flow thinks “yes more of that “ Meanwhile youtube music generates new recommendations after 1-3 skips and mixes actually more genres into your “flow” of your loved music but also new music. Why does flow work so much worse which is the main feature of deezer ? it Literally feels stuck and buggyweirdly if i tell flow to play “more favourites” it literally shows me all songs which arent favourites , and if i want to discover more it shows me basicly 1 favourite and 9 non favourites ( ofc both cases all Techno / trance ) Examplehttps://prn
Have lost access to our email account linked to Deezer and Deezer have locked our password as apparently suspicious activity on the account. How do we access Deezer now?Tried to contact support and haven't given us any help apart from login and get a code sent to the email address, which we can't access anymore!

My song, Gone Sour, was added to the an artist page that has the same name as mine. This is my first release, through DistroKid, and I don’t have an artist page yet. Here is the link to my song: Is there any way that I can get my own artist page created and have this release moved to that page?
I know, the option to sort the songs alphabetically removed intentionally. But that’s not the only problem I faced. Album names sometimes are written on the now playing screen, sometimes they aren’t. Also for many songs, lyrics have disappeared. But whenever i play those songs from the album page, the lyrics are there. I tried to talk with the support agents but couldn’t manage to do so. I also tried to send an email but nothing happened. If this goes like this, I’ll have to migrate to another music app, unfortunately.
When I start a flow, after a while it just starts repeating the same songs over and over again. Yesterday it also played a song that I had set to Don’t recommend this track. What’s going on Deezer? You were good, now you’re heading into the Spotify direction
