Hi, since few updates ago, when Deezer connects to my bluetooth car audio it automatically lowers the volume to 50%…no matter how I left it. It’s annoying Is this a bug or something to disable in the settings? Thanks.
I wasn't supposed purchase the premium annual deezer subscription and didn't realize that I already paid for it and then I switched to monthly premium and they took off more money. I would like to stay on the monthly premium but would like my money back for the annual premium. Is it possible that I can get it back?

Hello, In recent weeks Deezer is not connecting well to my Sony WiFi speaker. Spotify does it and so does YouTube, so it seems to be a Deezer issue. It takes a long time to connect and then, if once connected, it lags a lot. Sometimes the app seems to detach from the speaker and the speaker keeps on playing the old playlist, but I can't control it anymore and the only way to stop the music is to manually switch off the speaker. Very annoying, if not solved I'll have to cancel my family subscription, I'm afraid.
I've noticed performance issues for a while but the frequency now makes me reconsider my decade long loyalty for Deezer… Any idea? My app is obviously up to date, with available storage and such… Thanks
I have 4900+ songs in my list & the same 50 songs keep coming up. I used to pay but I stopped because it was to expensive. I’m a free user. Wheatus came up with one song in between. Don’t get me wrong, I like the song, but twice with 1 song in between. I listened to it the next day & today. I’ve gone into settings & deleted what I could (without deleting all). The same thing happens - I get the same 50 songs coming up. I love KMFDM but Godlike is all that comes up. I have 20 tracks but the only one I hear is Godlike. I can’t remember the last time I heard The Tiger Lillies or Nancy Sinatra. Your algorhythm is all screwy. My phone is an Andriod last years model. The same thing happens on my computer. Please fix this.
Since the last app update, i have noticed that i can no longer browse a playlist or download folder when in carplay mode. When i select a playlist or downloads from the favourites, it just plays the first track in the list. I cant view the playlist and select a track. I now have to hit the next button to move tracks and that only works sequentially.
How do I disable explicit content on the Deezer LG TV app ? I’ve disabled it on my iOS device via the settings but this doesn’t replicate over to the app on the LG TV on the TV app in settings there are no options other than log out. I’m signed in to both with the same user so I thought the same settings would apply but it appears not
I listen Deezer mainly through Musiccast and BluOs. Both of these have their own app and you can select Flow as listening mode. However, there does not seem to be any kind of learning or feedback mechanism back to Deezer. I keep on skipping certain music I do not like, but especially Musiccast seems to keep pushing the same type of music it apparently once decided I like. My library does not represent that kind of music. Could Deezer improve the API’s it provides to these third parties to get also there more control over what Flow plays?
The button is placed in a way that can easily be mis-tapped. It’s happened to me on countless occasions. This wouldn’t be a big issue if the track continued playing but once you select that, the track stops playing which becomes more of a hindrance than an enhancement. Is it possible to offer a better experience with this new UI addition? Thanks.
For some time now the search bar only works one time. When used, the search bar gets stuck at the top of the screen and can’t be used anymore. To use it again Deezer has to be shut down and restarted. When will this be fixed? We update Deezer as often as possible but without results. Right now I am concidering to leave Deezer and switch to Spotify due to this anoying error.
Hi I'm a big fan of the band Eleven. Not to mention they were at the roots of the rock grunge movement with Chris Cornell from Soundgarden and many others. Their influence has been way bigger than their fame. The problem is, they appear on Deezer with at least 3 other totally different artists with let's say, different flavors… Could you please disambiguate the rock band Eleven? That would be really really rewarding for the group and would allow me to share it with friends. Such a fantastic combo ! Thanks a lot! JM
Hi. As you can see, album pages on iPad are lacking artist and album titles, album details are empty too. All is good on web and iPhone. I’ve witnessed this on iPad 11 and iPad mini 6.
Title says it all. I'm trying the new flow algo and it's actually been decent. That said, sometimes I want a specific song to play next. On Android with the latest update if I'm in the flow playlist, when I search a song it does not give me to the option to add a song to play next. Am I overlooking something?
Hi, Well we failed at getting AirPlay 2 improved buffering in the near future, let’s try improving CarPlay CarPlay is a major feature for Deezer on iOS. However, for years, we’ve seen virtually no improvement despite many user’s requests. For one thing, all lists are incomplete : I don’t see all my favourite artists or albums. The lists stop at some points. When I enter an artist item, only the few latest albums are listed. Deezer feels incomplete on CarPlay. Search would be a great one. Alphabet shortcuts (as contacts) would be a major quality of life improvement. Artists and albums should be touchable on the player.
Hi there, I found out that Deezer since 7.0 support Apple's M CPUs, so users don't need rosetta emulation any more. What about Windows on Snapdragon? Deezer runs there natively as well, or emulator is necessary in this case?
