okay so i did the transfer thing to deezer and it worked fine on my playlists buuuut when i go to favorite music it says replace, on a lot of them, and id be fine with going through my ALL my songs its just that whenever i replace one the replace option disappears for them all

Situation: I wanna go from playing song to album page. I click 3 dots button and menu that opens does not contain required button right away. I must scroll down to see it for some reason. Can you fix it please?

Hello ive stopped the deezer app and it still plays songs I was in a meeting I paused my music and not even 20 minutes later blam max volume during my meeting like wtf fix this or I'll Unsubscribe this pissed me off royally I didn't respect it playing randomly whenever it wants I even after force stopped it and resetted my phone and still but if it does this one more time I'm out

Deezer latest version 8.0.0.78

Dear Deezer, I miss the day, month and year of an album or song release. In the previous version when a song is playing you can choose album page and see the release date or year of the song. I can't find that yet in the new version 8.0.0.78.

Hi! I tried to open My Deezer Year, but it says that "unfortunately you didn't stream enough to experience My Deezer Year..." Even though I used deezer on a daily basis. Does anyone know what I can do?

#MyDeezerYear bug 2023

Hi,I pretty much got the wrong My Deezer Year and I realized what the issue was. In October, about a month ago I reset my deezer data on my android because my playlists were playing in the opposite direction (from oldest to newest instead the other way around).  Anyway, I think that messed up my deezer year. Is there any way to get the true My Deezer Year? My deezer year only contains the songs I listened to for the past month and everything else is deleted I guess? Any help? It's really disappointing, because none of my friends on spotify had the same issue.

trouble with login second device

I have premium account and three users, since few weeks one of the user cannot use Deezer and received the message: the problem appeared please login in. That user login in several times, even removed Deezer from phone and downloaded again and the problem is exactly the same.What can I do?Thank you.Magda

Problem with Blaupunkt pmr 100

Hi!  I just bought a blaupunkt pmr 100 speaker. After setting it up with Google Home, I can detect it to send music.With apps like TuneIn or Spoty, I can send music perfectly, but with Deezer it's impossible: the app detects the speaker, I hit send music, but it doesn't connect. The speaker even emits the "connection" sound, but finally Deezer sends the message "It was not possible to connect to Blaupunkt".Can you take a look at it, please?

Voice controls with Android Auto

I've been using Deezer for a little over a month, and for most of that time, I've been able to control the app with Google Assistant voice commands in my car while using Android Auto. "Hey Google, play Kind of Blue" or whatever. Then a couple of days ago, voice commands stopped working. The command is still recognized by Android Auto. Google's stilted robot lady voice says "Playing Kind of Blue with Deezer" (and a Google Assistant text box appears on my car's head unit screen that says they same thing), but then there's a long pause and the Google Assistant ultimately says "The Deezer app is not responding. When it is safe to do so, please open the app on on your phone and try again." The normal on-screen Deezer controls still work in Android Auto while this is happening. It's just the voice controls stopped working out of the blue. Is this a known issue? And if so, what do I need to do to resolve it?
