Had an issue with payment and now trying to get back on Hifi and I’m not seeing it in the options of choosing a plan? Can anyone help??

can you provide a little more information? What country / region are you in? Are you now on Deezer free? Are you booking straight through deezer at https://www.deezer.com/us/offers or are you using Apple’s App Store or Google Play? (I recommend booking straight through deezer, it’s cleaner and cheaper).
In the US, the only two plans are Free and Premium (for solo accounts).
And just a reminder, the plan that includes Hi-Fi audio quality is now referred to as the Premium plan, which can be a little confusing considering that in the past the Premium plan was separate from the Hi-Fi plan.

According to your user profile you seem to be located in the US, so lossless HiFi quality is already included in any available paid tier: Premium, Duo or Family.
I thought so. Why have I been paying 14.99 a month when it is clearly 11.99 a month? If that is indeed the price then I have credit due. If the price is 14.99 to us in the USA then tell me this. I’m good either way and that’s it! Thanks for replying.

Did you book through the App Store on your iPhone?
If so, that is why, you paid the Apple tax. Book directly through deezer at https://www.deezer.com/us/offers
The reason
For the user that subscribed HiFi before we changed our plans they still have access to this plan an til they end it.
I look to your Deezer account and I already noticed that you canceled your previous plan and now you have a Premium HiFi with the price 11.99.
