I DONT HAVE MY DEEZER YEAR

Bonjour,je suis SUPER TRISTE ET DEGOUTE, depuis 2 jours tous le monde parle de son DEEZER YEAR 2022, mais moi JE NE L'AI PAAAAAS. Il est apparu sur ma page mais quand j'ai cliqué dessus il est parti et je n'ai pas pu le voir, il chargeait en vain. J'ai fermé l'appli et maintenant je ne le trouve plus je ne peux plus le voir je suis au bout de ma vie. Aled Je ne peux pas commencer 2023 sans avoir vu mon deezer year, déjà que l'année dernière j'ai aussi eu du mal à avoir mon DEEZER YEAR 2021.HEEEEEEELPJe ne le vois ni sur mon téléphone ni sur mon ordinateur.

stops after fast forwarding

When I'm listening via Bluetooth in the car, when I press fast forward, it stops playing altogether. Have to press play again on the phone, which I can't do cause I'm driving

The Deezer app ony tv tells me to go to the link on my mobile or besktop to I grab my phone go to the site it take me to Google play to download the app ive already got the app so I look and look and look for the place too put this 4 digit code in finally find it i put the 4 digit code in to link my tv to my phone, I've done this several times now, refreshed the code many many time and it just keeps telling me to contact support if the problem persist

I had to uninstall and reinstall the app because it wasn't loading my music. I have a premium subscription. Now all my downloaded music has disappeared  - what can I do? Gutted!!

Moblie app says no

App on my Phone suddenly  stopped working. App tells me: can't load pages - try again. Did that, get the same message  Phone is connected by WiFi, and provider. Tried to log out, that doesn't work either. Works fine on laptop.

BUG Now playing screen

When selecting a song to play and the now playing screen automatically opens there is an issue where the animation gets stuck midway and I have to manually pull it down myself to fix it.

Przerywanie odtwarzania

Korzystam z aplikacji free Deezer za pomocą BluOs i odtwarzam na NAD T758. Jak odtwarzam muzykę to po około 15-30 sekund zmienia mi na inny utwór. Nie mam tego jak odtwarzam muzykę z Deezer bezpośrednio na telefonie czy komputerze z pominięciem BluOs i NADA. Dlaczego tak się dzieje?

Hi,The Equalizer has stopped working on my Nokia XR20 (Android 12).I have tried clearing cache, and reinstalling app.The option is available on the screen, but nothing happens when you tap the Equalizer option.

Problems playing songs when connected to SD card

Hey,Iv been having problems playing songs over the last couple of weeks. When I try to play songs they dont load. I just get the loading message. This happens whether Im using WIfi, Data or even my downloaded songs. I cleared the cache, unistalled and reinsalled the app. I have found that the only way i can load songs (WIfi, Data and downloaded) is to change the storage from my SD card to my phone. So I assumed my SD card was broken. I purchased a new SD card changed my storage had the same issue. I even tried with another phone I own and had the same issue. I will add when changing my storage back to my Sd card I can download songs and it will work for about 10 to 20 songs then go back to loading issue. Closing the deezer app music is still playing

Hello,currently I’m testing the deezer app on my samsung Xcover5 Android 12but there is a flaw that if this flaw will remain It will make me go back to spotify:If I close the Deezer-App with “the close all apps” button  the app won’t close!The app is still playing music!Hey guys this is a NO GO!!  consuming battery when I forced eveything to terminateIs Deezer a hard to kill hard to remove virus or a normal app?? This is an issue for more than 4 years now.Do think it is a good marketing strategy to force everybody to tap on pause ???

Deezer music expired error message

I left Australia on a holiday to Canada, Alaska and USA. I boarded a ship in Vancouver for a cruise to Alaska, while in the gymon board i used my fit bit and listened to Dreezer while i worked out. When i arrived in Alaska, all of a sudden i get this message....Dreezer Music Expired. Refresh by conecting to saved wi fi network. My saved wi fi network is in Australia. I still have 5 weeks of holiday. Can anyone advise of how i fix this problem. Thank you..Ross

BonjourJe pense sérieusement mettre fin a mon abonnement.J’ai encore ce probleme de multi connection qui met deezer en pause et je ne peux rien y faire.J’ecoute sur mon mobile. Mon PC est eteint.Je viens de changer mon mot de passe au cas ou qqln se connecterait avec mon compte mais ça ne change rien ! Comme quoi il y a bien un bug chez vous.Merci de corriger cela, ce n’est pas la première fois et c’est insupportable.Je paye pour cet abonnement, et ce soir je veux me poser avec des amis et ecouter tranquille quelque chose et je vais devoir mettre la radio ! Grrrrrrrrrr.Le pire c’est de pas avoir une solution rapide et etre obligé d’attendre une action de deezer, mais quand ???PFFFF
