I have Samsung galaxy watch 4, I've downloaded the app without any issues but I'm unable to log into deezer on it. It keeps saying, "hold your phone close to your watch too log in" I've done this dozens of times. Uninstalled on my watch several times. Just turned off and on but won't work. Quite infuriating. Anyone got a fix for this?

Did you download the new WearOs app?

Please let us know.
Thanks :)

Welcome to the club for me I can't login to my galaxy watch 5 Pro

Facing the same Deezer login issue on my Galaxy Watch 4. Followed the 'hold your phone close' step multiple times, reinstalled, and restarted, but still no luck. Any quick fixes, folks? Getting a bit annoyed with this!

Hi @Maja3010 @Lawrence Levitt @Shehbaz, sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue.

I tried to reproduce it on my Samsung Watch 5 but couldn’t find any issue.

Before I ask to reset the watch to factory settings, please try deleting the app on the watch. Turn off the watch for 30 seconds and then turn it on again. Afterwards, reinstall the Deezer app from the Play Store.

Then when you open the Deezer app on the watch, make sure you're logged into your Deezer paid account, and your watch is paired with your phone.
