Android

I am using my FiiO M11S device, android 10, I am having this annoying issue, I can't scroll down to see full playlist songs as you can see in this video, some playlists I can scroll down, it doesn't work properly, but I can scroll down to see albums songs without any issue, so I had to delete this newest Deezer version and now I am using version 7 which works great without any problem, this issue only happens after they did the redesign and new layout.Deezer issue on FiiO

So for a while now I've been have a problem with deezer and the offline modeThey advertise that you can download and listen to your music offline provided that you're a paid subscriber. So my question is why cant i listen to my downloaded music offline even my favorite list shows me an error when im in offline mode and I'm a paid subscriber can someone please give me an answer Because at this point I feel like deezer is a rip off coz you pay every month download your music with your data then still have to use your data to stream music even after it's been downloaded which is not okay its like paying a double subscription or even more

My "add to queue" button doesnt work, I put song in queue and after that it comes random song from my playlist, I use deezer phone app, and its really bad.

I have a Blackview BV6200 using Android 13. Deezer player not showing on lock screen even when in use. Have allowed all permissions, installed widget on home screen but still get no sign of Deezer to allow for playback, skip controls or song information.

I want to play My Favourites playlist. I play it on shuffle but recently a problem has occurred. Now I keep being told that I HAVE to have Deezer premium to listen to certain tracks, which is false as I listen to those same tracks when in any other playlist. Is this a bug or feature? Is anyone else experiencing this? How can I solve it WITHOUT paying for premium?

When opening Deezer android app it defaults to a song from some 80s Europop dance rubbish, stuff I never listen to. When I open the app my last played song is showing on the play bar but changes in a fraction of a second to this rubbish? Why does it do this?

Hello. For the last few years, I am using a HiFi subscription plan and everything was relatively fine. All my downloaded (on my smartphone) tracks were marked by a small HiFi label on the bottom left corner and the sound was nice. Recently I have been forced to reinstall my buggy Deezer app (I was not able to open it) and since then I've been dealing with low-quality of downloaded tracks. Although I have set the quality of the downloaded songs to HiFi (and also for streaming), only a few of them are labelled as HiFi when they are downloaded. Even the storage usage on my smartphone is circa half, so I'm convinced tracks are not really downloaded at the highest quality. I am pretty sure that all my favourite tracks are available in HiFi (the same track played on my notebook - desktop app and from the browser - is HiFi labelled). What is interesting if some downloaded track is labelled as Hifi, this label will disappear soon (e.g. the next day I can not see it). I have tried to reinstall

Family members using a kids profile receive no search results when searching for artists which fall under child protection restrictions (e.g. the band Korn). However, in the proposal section (Favorites > Artists > + Add artist) there are no restrictions whatsoever and  proposed artists can be added to favorites from there. Once any of the “restricted” artists have been added to favorites the algorithm does the rest and more “restricted” artists are proposed. Songs with explicit lyrics can be played and the lyrics can be displayed. See attached gif. Also, Google Assistant can be used to bypass restricted search terms. E.g. ask Google Assistant to “play Korn in Deezer” on a kids phone running Google Family Link and a kids profile of Deezer. This is a major design flaw in child protection and must be fixed immediately.

When editing profile you dont see normal text , at the top Gateaway 502 shows. Once profile complete it goes back then.

My deezer player (phone app) shuts down on it's on and there has been many problems after the latest update. Changing tracks takes very long and when connected with bluetooth to my car it doesn't show the tracks name...etc.

Ever since downloading the new version, the app will frequently start playing music on my phone without being prompted to. Please help with a fix.

I have had Deezer for years and a couple times a year some strange issue happens but this one is new to me. I was just listening to Deezer last night and now today it's not working and it says API permission needed what the hell does that mean and how do I deal with this issue because I can't play any of my music now

hi

I have a problem with loading up favourite tracks, playlist, then pressing Edit its showing white screen and not loading even when walking somewhere where connection should be Excellent as I have been able to delete before without a problem when removing tracks.  Not sure if its the Favourites UI problem.  Technician would be nice to get an answer.

I am trying to upload my mp3s to the cloud via mobile, but infinite loading is showing. I know that feature is working on PC, but this was the reason to quit Spotify. 2 weeks ago this method worked. Now, why it is not working?I will switch back to Spotify if this is not working,

After the recent deezer changes I can't see my playlists. I just get the top 4 pictures and can't scroll past them. I'm assuming this is a screen ratio issue for wide screen android? What can I do or can this get patched?

I cannot use bluetooth speakers/earphones/ headphone with Deezer. It works with all other applications

As mentioned in a different post by @TitouanNlt , the equalizer must be turned on for each song and will turn off when the next song begins playing. I've found it'll even turn off when pausing playback. I would really appreciate of this issue could be solved, and if my question here wouldn't be marked as "answered/solved" if the only response is gonna be "we've passed this on to the development team" as was done for the previous post.

As you can see on the picture, the album cover hides the text on top of the screen. Is there a way to fix that? I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Thank you

My last added song to this list was the first one to play and then going downwards to the first added one. Now I sorted them by last added but when the last added plays, the playlist ends. What to do to return it to normal?

Hi,I want to report a bug for foldable phones. Device: Honor Magic V2OS: Android 13App version: 8.0.5.110 Bug:There is an issue with skipping songs while the phone is unfolded. The app is opened in full screen.Upon selecting the “Next” or “Previous” button, sometimes a “Next” or “Previous” song will be loaded (expected behavior), but most of the time, the app will skip a few songs and then start playing. Steps:1. Open the app in unfolded view.2. Play any track.3. Select the right arrow to change a song.A few songs will be skipped While songs are being skipped, sometimes the app will go back to the previously skipped song and then will skip the next song again, and then it will start playing. The same behaviour is present if you want to go “back” to the previous song. Note: The issue is not reproducible if the phone is folded, everything works as expected. Regards.

I set the audio quality to high quality, but the HQ icon does not appear quite often. What does it mean? What is the audio quality then?

I know how to download a music playlist, but I don't know how to download an individual song. Does anyone have an idea how to do this?

The search function on the webos app is not functioning well lately. There is nothing listed under recommebdations or discography and on top of that there are hardly any results for searches. I hope it gets resolved soon.
