Deezer Connect is not working properly

I'm using a Fiio M11S player with the latest version of Deezer installed. 

I control the music through my phone via Deezer Connect. 

The app works fine for a while and then it starts to freeze: 

Tracks don't switch, control buttons and other interface elements start twitching, everything is laggy. 

It goes away when I reconnect to the device, but it comes back after a while.

What it boils down to is that no matter how many times I try to use Deezer, I go back to another streaming service that doesn't have these remote control problems.

Unfortunately, we are aware about some issues regarding this feature and we are still investigating how to make it better.

I've passed along all the information you provided to our developers.

As soon as I have more details, I'll be sure to share them with you here.

 

@Leonídia.Deezer If there is any way to collect logs from both devices then let me know. I could try to do that so you can analyze them. Maybe there is some version of the application where you can enable debug mode.
