Fake My Deezer Year

Hello, I was watching my Deezer Year and Taylor Swift was completely left out. I listened to them particularly intensively in the fall. In addition, the top titles do not match either, as the Taylor Swift songs have appeared very often in my monthly top songs. Can the list perhaps be corrected again?

Hello, I would like to have a shortcut to “favourite tracks” on an android screen. With widgets I can choose any playlist to have a shortuct, but I can’t figure out how to do it with “favourite tracks”.

I'm in South Africa and can't make use of Deezer on my Google home device. I'm considering to change to Spotify, which I hate but I need to have the benefit of my smart devices. whats the plans with South africa?

Still cannot loop one single track on Android

I’m experiencing the same problem as described in the closed thread “Cannot loop a single track on Android | Deezer Community, bringing music lovers together”, and especially the users gave some valuable input and suggestions as to the possible cause of this, but you just closed it of without a true solution was given, so I repost. When you play a track and select specifically the option to “single track loop”:- it plays a first time;- it then goes back to the beginning of the track to play it again (as requested)- but at the moment this second playback start, you also see that the button indicating “single track loop” switches from “single track loop” to just “loop” (the little number ‘1’ disappears from the icon)- so after this second playing of the track, it moves on to the next track. I (of course) already removed and reinstalled the app. Version now is 8.0.1.32. This didn’t help. Only workaround I can think of, is make a new playlist with only the track one wants to repeat. frequent audio hiccups and glitches while streaming

Hello Since a few months I have been enduring more and more audio hiccups while streaming non downloaded tracks on my phone. Sometimes, even multiple times per song. It's not on every song. It can also be on popular songs which I heard before and should be in my cache. I am listening high-end audio and prefer lossless. I have tried switching quality a few times and the problem persists. I first thought it could be a few glitches while downloading server content while buffering content (http fail maybe?) which can be internet related but it is getting worse lately. My output device is Bluetooth ( ears or car ) but I think the type of hiccups is not Bluetooth related as I seem to experience them also without Bluetooth. A listening session of 1 hour had at least 10 glitches yesterday (Saturday evening). They completely mess up the song and vibes. I have a OnePlus 10t with android 13 fully updated. Provider: 4g/5g Proximus/Belgium with nearly unlimited data. Mostly connected on 4g or my ow

Play/Pause hover button Android

I noticed that the hover of the play/pause button isn’t larger than the icon itself. It’s the case on the other button, but not in the play/pause. All “circle” seems to have the same size, even if the icon of play/pause is bigger than the next/previous one. It's doing that only on Android, but in IOS circles adapts to the size of the icon. It’s a small detail, but it makes feel the play/pause button awkward to click. On the “reduced player” the round is bigger and make the play pause button better to click on it. I hope that it will be solved, it’s a small detail but the Android app is full of small details missing in comparison to the IOS app that is way better. Good luck Deezer Team, you are doing a great job, and I hope that you will be able to push the android app to the same standarts that the IOS app.

Hello deezer community, i have a behavior i want to apply with my test app i want to fetch the album id’s to extract some information from any album that I will click on it so is there any endpoint like for example “https://api.deezer.com/album” to just fetch all the album id’s

Excessive data usage for basic quality

Hi, A topic was brought to light about basic streaming being very demanding on data usage. I listened 26 songs to have deezer using almost 700MB of data using basic quality. Then I tried Youtube Music and 15 songs later it didnt even reached 100MB. Then I stumbled across this thread on Deezer community that was posted and acknowledged 8 months ago. https://en.deezercommunity.com/topic/show?tid=76510&fid=47 When will this be fixed? There's no reason why the qualities are swapped like that and not fixed yet. I haven't made the test yet, but I will change it to standard to see if there's any difference... And maybe one day I will be suprised that my data usage will be higher than usual because the qualities will finally be fixed... This is a major issue that's been trailing over the years, (other threads I found from 2 years ago had the same issue) how is this still an issue today?

Unable to add songs to queue

Help.Deezer Android app removed the option to add songs to the queue since last update?? Does this happens to anyone else? I've also tried reinstalling the app completely, still got the same problem. App version 8.0.1.32.

Constant crash after latest update

I have and LG Moto G6 phone, running latest Android upfate. About 1 minute into play, the app will just stop. This happens again and again. Ive reinstalled twice, deleted cache and stored memory, turned off battery saver mode (which shouldn't be an issue in the first place) and the problems persists. It also seems to happen more often if I open other apps while Deezer is playing. Notifications from othe apps also triggers a deezer crash. The whole reason I have a Deezer subscription is because it used to be the most stable streaming app. Not anymore.

Repeating cd streams

I recently signed up to Deezer premium and installed the desktop web player on my Lenovo windows 11 computer, which is compatible with android apps. It works very well and I am pleased with the sound quality and features. However, when I stream a complete cd and it reaches the end, it starts all over again. I can't see an icon to cancel repeats. How does one do it. All the other streaming organizations I have used have that option.

the new version keeps forgetting what it was doing

I have a very simple set of requirements : I'd like to be able to start the app and have it immediately continue playing my favorites in shuffle mode, picking up where we left off the last time I listened. I've also downloaded all of my favorites to local storage, so as to not depend on internet connectivity. Mileage on this wasn't great in the past but now every time I start up, (1) The app spends a lot of time trying to contact Deezer servers before actually starting to play music, and (2) it forgets what it was doing the last time, which means I need three clicks to restart the shuffle mode inside the favorites playlist Wat do?

Galaxy z fold 5

Since getting a new Galaxy fold z 5. Deezer keeps crashing and closing. I've reinstalled the app but it keeps happening. is there a know issue for this device? Regards, Ian

Artist page looking wrong

Hi, I was wondering if anyone also has this on their Android phone or tablet? If I go to the artists page (favorites) the page looks wrong. Some artists aren’t showing any picture and there is also something else. On iOS and on the browser also the same artists aren’t showing their picture. I already cleared the cache→ didn’t help I already deleted and reinstalled Deezer→ didn’t help I installed Deezer on a different device→ didn’t help Last thing I’m going to try later this week is installing the beta. Android 13 with Deezer 8.0.1.32

Album display often having problems since update

hi, i keep having an issue with album display on my Samsung tablet ever since the redesign update - i have tried both restarting device and app uninstall/reinstall but it keeps happening in flow and in playlists, it will get stuck inbetween albums like below, or sometimes even display the art for an entirely different track further down in a playlist (second image). i noticed as well sometimes the artist/album text will be cut off which you can also see in the image below. idk if anyone else is having this same issue but it’s a bit messy to look at like this 😭 edited to add: sometimes going into the playlist and returning will put the art back into centre focus but not always (and sometimes trying this just...changes the track when thats not what i wanted to do 😅)

Bugs with the latest updates

Hello, I want to report 3 issues that appeared in the latest updates. They are extremely annoying. 1. My favorite playlist is in my downloads. But whenever I am in the offline mode. It never loads. And asks me to exit the offline mode. his was not the case before. 2. I had a broken song, but the repair function was removed. 3. (Screenshots attached) I sort my favorite playlist by artist. And when I click on the song, and expect to listen to my favorite songs by the artist and I don't get that. The playlist is in "I don't know what" order altho the shuffle button is off. Prezada equipe do Deezer, Gostaria de relatar um erro que tenho observado no aplicativo Deezer para Android. Ao reproduzir músicas que possuem mais de um artista, apenas o artista principal está sendo creditado, enquanto o aplicativo para iPhone e outras plataformas de streaming exibem corretamente todos os artistas envolvidos. Para facilitar a compreensão, anexei imagens comparativas do aplicativo do Spotify (que mostra corretamente todos os artistas) e do aplicativo Deezer para Android (que apresenta o problema mencionado). Espero que a equipe possa analisar e corrigir esse inconveniente, proporcionando uma experiência mais consistente para os usuários de Android.
